I am giving this place 5 plus stars. I was driving from San Diego moving to AZ and got flat about 6:45pm they made sure they stayed open to help me. They are the most welcoming and caring family! I will be back just to have them service my tires next time I’m passing through. God Bless them & their business!

Today June 19, My husband was coming back from San Luis and had to get off the freeway as he felt he had a flat he made it to Holtville and all the tire shops were closed. From our home (Salton City) I went on google to send him other places in El Centro, many were closed already but he came across Valley Tires & Wheels, he was closing already but didn’t to help my husband out! Thank you very much! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service! Very much appreciated!

Had an alignment and tires put on they did bad job enough to leave one of the new tires bald on the inside told them if they could replace it since she said they said they had warranty but all they said was sorry we cant we can only do a discount honestly stay away from this shop they lie to get you to buy there tires

Great shop! Very affordable and the staff was extremely nice and efficient. Got 5 tires mounted and balanced in no time. They were busy too, but the work was quick and done right. They do much more then tires! Highly suggest you swing by and take advantage of their service.

These very nice people saved us! When we were stranded on the desert highway, early evening, nearing their closing time, we called to see if they could help with an exploded tire. They had the tire in stock and said they would wait past closing time. Stressful event but solved by these caring people! Thank you!!

They supposedly fixed my mom's break pads. But when she was driving her car fell apart. She had to get a tow truck. The guy from the shop working on the car didn't tighten the screws of the thing he was installing. Now she's 300 dollars in debt with her mechanic. They also supposedly fixed her lifetime guarantee tire. But they only put a little sticker on the hole to fix it, the part that was supposed to be covered wasn't even covered. The tire was loosing air as she was driving. They had even messed up the lug nuts putting on the tire. So it was difficult to fix it. I called them to let them know of everything and they denied it saying they had never worked on our car. I couldn't even get my money back. You have better luck working on your car yourself.
