I went into America's Tire in El CentroTo get a flat repaired on my vehicle..I was told there was going to be a 90-minute wait..20 minutes later a gentleman came in that new one of the service writers, (Manny) and went right to the front of the line...he was in and gone before I GOT ON THE RACK!!!

They scratched up my rims pretty damn good. Since my wife was their alone at first they tried to sell her two extra tires for no reason..

Went for tire balance, rotate and to install and activate TPMS. Also request specific tire pressure due to a significant amount of desert highway driving in very high temps. The manager was friendly and responsive. He noted all my requests and I received a text when work was supposedly complete. Picked up the vehicle and found the TPMS had not been activated and all four tires were at significantly different pressures. It was obvious tire pressures were never checked or adjusted at all. I judge work like this by thoroughness and would expect the workers to follow a checklist to ensure everything is done correctly, as a matter of safety. Makes me wonder if anything else was missed, like correct torque on lug nuts. Unfortunately I purchased a service plan, that I now don’t feel good about.

Competitive pricing, quality tires even on the lesser known brands. I don't know about their warranty after the sale, since i have yet to return a tire. On paper it seems good. I'll have to wait till something happens to my tires to give it 5 or 3 stars. They are fast in service. Several tire dealers in my past have put cheap excuses to not honor a warranty when i've had a defective tire. Price and warranty are big with me on tires. If it does'nt work out i will take my bussiness elsewere. But so far i am satisfied.

Brought the car in on Tuesday with a flat, they fixed it no charge, said there was a nail in it. The next day it was flat again. Brought it in they said there was a razor blade in it. They repaired it again no charge. Thank you Discount Tire. Very satisfied customer.
