Best auto parts store in El Centro, California (CA) 2024

We were travelling cross country and had to stop for a new battery. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were in and out within 35 minutes. They even brought out chairs for my family to sit and wait. I am very impressed with the service here! ~Kate

Went for tire balance, rotate and to install and activate TPMS. Also request specific tire pressure due to a significant amount of desert highway driving in very high temps. The manager was friendly and responsive. He noted all my requests and I received a text when work was supposedly complete. Picked up the vehicle and found the TPMS had not been activated and all four tires were at significantly different pressures. It was obvious tire pressures were never checked or adjusted at all. I judge work like this by thoroughness and would expect the workers to follow a checklist to ensure everything is done correctly, as a matter of safety. Makes me wonder if anything else was missed, like correct torque on lug nuts. Unfortunately I purchased a service plan, that I now don’t feel good about. ~Yep

Really bad customer service they got mad because they were looking for the part I needed and I told them that I was calling other places to see if they had it. ~Victor
