We were travelling cross country and had to stop for a new battery. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were in and out within 35 minutes. They even brought out chairs for my family to sit and wait. I am very impressed with the service here!

Decent service when you finally force someone to acknowledge your existence. The other day I went in and a grey shirt (I'm assuming manager) was helping another attendant with something on the computer. I waited patiently without say or doing anything that would draw attention to myself as they saw me when I walked in so I didn't need to reiterate that point. When the manager finished assisting the employee he proceeded to turn towards me, head down, I'm assuming so he could try to ignore a waiting customer, and then tried to turn in the opposite direction of me to head behind the racks. I called to him at which point he was FORCED to say something but I'm sure if I were a less forceful person he would have definitely walked away from me. Despicable!

I usually go get my auto needs there but today I just needed to use their scanner since I had a check engine light was on. No problem getting it from them and when I returned they were quick to help me. Very polite, I don't think I have ever had an issue with the employees there.

If I could I would give them negative stars only because the manager in Auto accused me of stealing. The merchandise he thought I stoled was on the shelf. Horrible customer service. They treat everyone entering the store like thieves.

They sold me a poor quality brake pads for my chevy express van that damage my brake rotor in just two weeks. My rotors were new with guarantee they didn't want to replace then cause they were already damage cause of bad brake pads quality. Disappointing oreillys has better quality parts.

My starter motor went out on me at the gas station so I called if it was still under warranty which luckily was. They delivered it in 10 minutes by that time I had already removed the bad one and swapped it for the new one the had brought me. They stand behind their products. 6 STARS!!!
