I just left this place in tears after an interaction at the service desk. I didn’t get the woman’s name, I’m not sure she was wearing her name tag but she did have a white shirt on (so I think that means she’s a manager). I came to return a marketplace item and it didn’t have the box because when it was delivered to me the box was a disaster. I had started the process online and noticed it said “no box no problem”. The woman immediately tells me it needs a box and I said but online it specifically said I didn’t and went to pull it up on my phone. I’ll be the first to admit my day hasn’t been going well so I really didn’t want to be sent on the hunt to find a box for a large air conditioner. While I’m trying to show her where it says I didn’t need a box she just kept saying “are you going to let me finish?” Interrupting everything I said. When I realize she wasn’t going to let me show her what the website said , I stopped and let her continue. Which she just stared at me and said “hello???” While I tried to hold back tears. I said yes and she continues to say that they have these bags they ship these marketplace items in and there’s no way the air conditioner would fit, which I asked her how am I supposed to know that? The woman then finally tells me they’ll see if they can find a box for it. Why on earth didn’t she just start with that? I left feeling stupid and frustrated just because this woman wanted to give me a hard time and then act like she was doing me a favor.

I went in for a few small items that they didn't have in stock, but I picked up some other things while I was there and when I cashed out they had 1 register open. It didn't help that the cashier was very slow and chit-chatting with a manager. It took 13 minutes for the cashier to ring up a single customer with less than 20 items. But, before I even explain that this item wasn't an online purchase or a price match or anything related I was completely shut down and almost felt like I was there trying to steal or even felt like it was my fault for trying to save an honest dollar So, as a person like anyone else I went to customer service and explained what I was trying to in the first place Saying that your site has this price and it's not the same Would they honor the listing and make a price adjustment And she gladly came to my rescue I without a doubt will be back and I felt like someone heard my situation went beyond customer service along with support Top notch 👌 work and listening skills 👌 Boss mode 🙌 😎

Average at best. I did curbside pickup which was a bit slow. Frustrating when I see someone chit chatting for at least 5 minutes instead of getting my order. There was also so bad judgement picking items. For example I ordered 2 of the same child Adirondack chairs, and they brought out 2 different shaped chairs. Sadly this is pretty par for the course these days, quality service seems to be pretty rare now...

Clean store. Easy in and out experience each time I have been in here. Could be just the times that I go. Pickup is why I knocked a star off. Last time I came to pick up groceries I called 3 times and Noone picked up and couldn't leave a message due to the box being full.

Love the buys but not worth the 1 cashier on waiting in line. Xpress self checkout is no cash.. ( with no visible sign. It's written in the lower corner of screen hardly visible). Found this out after ringing & bagging. Had to go wait in thee one cashier line. It took me longer to check out than it did to shop!!!

Then I asked a helper to finish checking out for me. “Faith” came over and 1st asked if I’m ok; then finishing my checkout and packed them nicely. I’ve been in this Walmart many times, Faith Is the Best customer help I’ve ever met. I believe that manger should acknowledge such outstanding service. Thank you Faith!

I mean they have everything you need usually but they definitely don’t look as neat and clean as they use to and the service is not as good as well. We stood at the deli for 5 minutes before someone came out and they did not even say something. My wife had to ask if they are still open
