Almost gave up on customer service and communication issues 🙃 But, thank you Whoever you were at customer service I was looking forward on the walmart app They offered a headset that wasn't an online purchase but, an actual price of the item and along with that it was available. I kindly asked for the electronic department to scan this item and see if in fact it was the item , if so if the item was correctly priced. But, before I even explain that this item wasn't an online purchase or a price match or anything related I was completely shut down and almost felt like I was there trying to steal or even felt like it was my fault for trying to save an honest dollar So, as a person like anyone else I went to customer service and explained what I was trying to in the first place Saying that your site has this price and it's not the same Would they honor the listing and make a price adjustment And she gladly came to my rescue I without a doubt will be back and I felt like someone heard my situation went beyond customer service along with support Top notch 👌 work and listening skills 👌 Boss mode 🙌 😎 ~Slived

Fresh produce. Nice Deli & hot food selection.....I love the wide isle still ....too many stores keep isles narrow w displays or hand trucks. Blocking things. I'll be really. Happy when Norwood re opens !!!! ~K

The waitress was so nice and helpful and the food was tasty! The only reason I took two stars off is because when my credit card slip was brought over to me, a 20 percent tip was already written on it (in pen). There was no sign posted on the menu or the restaurant about added gratuity, and it wasn't already printed on the bill, so I was definitely confused as to why it was written. We were already planning to add a tip, so it wasn't too big of a deal, but it definitely threw me off a little when it was already written out as if she assumed we wouldn't leave her a tip. I'm just wondering what would happen if we wanted to add a larger tip and she had already written the 20% on MY credit card slip. (I included a picture of how my credit card slip was brought over to me) ~Genevieve

Disappointed with this place....I did an online order for pick up and when I got back to work . I found my fruit cup was no good, it had fungus on the blueberries. I didn't want to eat any of my order after finding out that the fruit cup wasn't fresh. So I called the manger CHRIS... Who told me he can refund me back my $2 . If I come back ... So I ask for a number to speak to someone else because this is unacceptable...I'm not close to come back for $2. Chris said he would take my address and send me a gift card .... But never took my name or the order number. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM PANERA ~Meka

Had a bad experience in the past so wasn't going to this place. Decided to give it a try again but had even worse experience. With places like Yankee Spirits and Total Wine nearby I don't know why anyone would go to this place. The other places have much better service and selection. ~H

Love the food. I get the Tuna with the hots. So good. Guys who work there are super friendly and do a great job of running the place. Garden salads with grilled chicken is another favorite. Loads of big chuncks of grilled chicken and very filling! I go at least once a week. ~sarah

This is one of the BEST places in the area to purchase wine, liquor, and beer. Jay and his team are experts and always provide exceptional customer service. The store is very well organized, clean, and they always go out of their way to make sure you’re getting exactly what you are looking for at a great price. I highly recommend checking out this spot if you’re in the area or if you’re a local. They have everything you’d ever want! The best! ~Nicole

This gym needs a complete overhaul woman’s locker room bathrooms are NOT clean, the smell is VERY off putting.One of the toilet seats is so dirty that it’s not longer white but a brownish color. Metal plate on the bottom of one of the stools is broken and you can see the rust. The ONLY reason I come here is because of the location but it’s so worn out and smelly and dirty that I’m considering looking for another place to go. I’m paying for broken equipment and a dirty environment! ~Rebecca

I read too many poor reviews for this company so I needed to say that they took good care of my wife's car after her accident. They were professional and attentive. They are very high volume and you can tell from their lot but they were professional. ~Michael
