This gym needs a complete overhaul woman’s locker room bathrooms are NOT clean, the smell is VERY off putting.One of the toilet seats is so dirty that it’s not longer white but a brownish color. Metal plate on the bottom of one of the stools is broken and you can see the rust. The ONLY reason I come here is because of the location but it’s so worn out and smelly and dirty that I’m considering looking for another place to go. I’m paying for broken equipment and a dirty environment!

Easily the best LA Fitness I’ve been to, not as busy as the others and ample space to move around. The only issue is the bikes in the cardio area are god-awful, there is an entire spin room with over 50 functional bikes but upstairs in the cardio area one out of 15 are functional. Will gladly revise this review to five stars upon bikes upstairs being fixed or trading a few of the spin class bikes for us who don’t feel like taking a spin class

The employee at the front desk was super nice! My partner and I were traveling and stopped in here during our trip and the employee (can't recall his name) greeted us and walked us through the gym to show us where the locker rooms were. Great attitude! Locker rooms were clean, pool and hot tub open, really chill vibe in the place.

The gym is filled with creepy older men that love to look at younger women when they are working out & will make you feel uncomfortable. The front desk staff & people that work out here are incredibly rude, I am a personal trainer & I don’t recommend working out here. Also there is no AC or fan and the bathrooms are never clean. When I asked why they have no fans in the middle of the summer she told me they want people to sweat more & I found that answer pretty stupid knowing how hot it is & I prefer air on me when I work out so I don’t feel like I’m going to pass out. Please save your money because I love the gym but not this one. Also DONT get a trainer at LA fitness because they are not professional at all. I hope my review helps you decide not to sign up! Good place to workout, people are friendly. Has just about everything you need to get a good workout. The dumbell benches are too high off the ground, so it's a little sketchy when lifting heavy weight but it's still a good place to workout

This gym is filthy, dirty and unhygienic. If you are a healthy person you will contract disease if you workout here! The locker room stinks, bathrooms have dirty moles, and algae growing in shower curtains. The sauna room has an extremely bad smell every time I go! Trash is always full. I can't imagine how this place got LA fitness license.

Their training sessions are an absolute scam. When you sign up, you’re charged indefinitely, not for the period of your contract. Then, when you want to cancel, you can’t use any of your training sessions unless you keep paying for more. I was scammed out of over $2,000 for sessions I never got to use. Hire an attorney if you sign contracts for this place, it’s not a joke. Their corporate line is extremely heartless and does not care. The clubs turnover rate is also extremely high, so good luck finding someone.

Gym is ok. Nice equipment and personal trainers are good. Too many guys walking around not breaking a sweat. We were active members until the pandemic hit and then stopped using it. It was Sakai impossible to get a family plan after signing up as a single member. Good luck trying to cancel your membership. It’s cumbersome and very 1980’s. They’re happy to take your money online but you cannot cancel without walking into the location or sending a “letter” to the California office. Will NEVER join again.

LA Fitness had been steadily going down over the past 2 years and it has been at its worst that I have known it to be for the last 7 years that I have been associated with. Mr. Louis Welch: i hope you are reading this message. I already provided the feedback on LA Fitness Stoughton, MA which is extremely unclean with over 30% of the equipment broken (on some nights more). Today I had the pleasure to visit Walpole LA Fitness club and it too was extremely filthy. In addition the staff at the front desk today are extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope you provide training to these people and they need to go through a mandatory training programs on courtesy, customer service and experience as its a must in service industry. The staff were very rude and started shouting at people to leave the club at 6:50 PM EST onwards, as there was still 10 minutes left before close. Mr. Louis please spend money in fixing broken machines and please hire appropriate workforce who value customers and provide basic courtesy and service. Please remember that we have choices and we come here as its a national chain and we expect quality and service from you.
