Had a bad experience in the past so wasn't going to this place. Decided to give it a try again but had even worse experience. With places like Yankee Spirits and Total Wine nearby I don't know why anyone would go to this place. The other places have much better service and selection.

My partner and I visited for the first time today. The place was highly recommended. We called in advance to see if they were accepting bottle returns on beer bottles/cans. They said yes. So, we figured we make the drive there (20 mins out of our way), to do that and grab some champagne to celebrate the new year, and our new house. The poor attitude from the short older gentleman at the bottle return area, was unpleasant. After dealing with him, we decided we didn’t want to buy anything. The older gentleman leaning at the register was also unpleasant. There were two younger gentleman working and they were okay. I feel bad for them. If the older gentleman are unpleasant with customers, I can’t imagine how they are with coworkers. I won’t be returning.

If we weren't treated so poorly by the first older guy we actually planned on buying several drinks for new years and to celebrate another occasion. The same mumbling guy also insulted me in other ways too. So we're going elsewhere and never coming back especially since we had to drive 20 minutes to return our bottles. The two younger staff members were nice but clearly not in charge so they couldn't do or saying anything. I hope they find better work environments soon.
