We ordered2 Cobb salads which were so gross I wouldn't even give the chicken to my dog! It was chewy and I think the salad sat there all day! There was chopped up bacon which was more like chpped up FAT!!! The guacamole was gross! My husband asked for bread to go with both salads and we got one apple!! Never again....what a waste

Here at this store specifically you have the worst combo of: a) expensive food; b) poorly prepared food; c) an overpriced restaurant that won’t get your food correctly ordered even if you try clarifying a few times and d) generally unhappy people working here unlike the stoughton store on the Brockton line where service is actually quite good and upbeat. I have no idea if this is a corporate store but I am shocked as to how fast this place has deteriorated in terms of quality and service…while charging you 2-3 dollars more than a fast food restaurant that will at least get your food right. Very disappointing. Go somewhere else, preferably somewhere locally owned. The food is actually disgusting here. Any reviews suggesting otherwise are - I think - paid testimonials. Disappointed with this place....I did an online order for pick up and when I got back to work . I found my fruit cup was no good, it had fungus on the blueberries. I didn't want to eat any of my order after finding out that the fruit cup wasn't fresh. So I called the manger CHRIS... Who told me he can refund me back my $2 . If I come back ... So I ask for a number to speak to someone else because this is unacceptable...I'm not close to come back for $2. Chris said he would take my address and send me a gift card .... But never took my name or the order number. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM PANERA

This female stuff throw bag with only bread un bag my husband And she gesture 'what' We not get mac and cheese. I ordered a pick 2 grilled cheese and creamy tomato sauce. This is the half grilled cheese sandwich I got, more like a quarter, literally 3 bites. Unbelievable. Can't believe whoever made it didn't care enough to say this is too small to serve.

I am a regular at 2-3 Paneras in the area and this location always has issues compared to the others. Today, the glass jars that hold tea were out of green tea, herbal tea, and black tea. When I asked for them to refill the jars, they said they could not. Fine... I can switch to coffee this time. The light roast canister/dispenser was empty. I asked someone to refill but it's a 5-10 min process so I had dark roast instead. Went to add milk and they were out of 2% and half and half milk in the self-serve containers. Great place for me to conduct quick business meetings regularly, but not great if you have a particular drink in mind while having a coffee chat.
