Linda the bank “manager” was absolutely awful. Argued in the lobby with me and told me just to call a 1-800 number because she wasn’t going to help me. Called the 800 number while I was in the lobby and they told me they needed to speak with her to verify ID. She blatantly refused until she realized we wouldn’t take no. Saying “she can’t do that” after I had two different customer service reps ask the same thing. Completely unhelpful, rude and immature. She proceeded to smirk when we couldn’t get a check verified like she was satisfied that our task couldn’t be completed. Apparently she hired a staff just like her. Also don’t bother trying to book an appointment with a banker seems like they only have one banker so appointments are over a week out. Go across the street to Wells Fargo where everyone is much more pleasant and appointments are much easier to make.

Wait behind four people for the other ATM. A man is stating outside his car taking 5-7 minutes to do some transaction, then the other three cars quickly do their business. My turn: ATM now can’t accept cash, dispense cash, or accept checks!!

I just saw that it had bad reviews and I'm like heck nah because they gave me a lollipop. That's why the get a free 5 star review. Also, they are in and out with your transactions. I like their fast service and it's easy to manage your money. That's the other reason for the 5 star. It is 100% better than Compass bank/BBVA.

She stood in front of us for 20 minutes and said she was not a banker. But you go on linkin and she state banking as part of her skills.. If your the manager of a bank, you should be able to do the functions of customer account and deposits. She even threatened to call the police just because we raised our voices and were more than 6 feet away from her. She didn't wear her mask properly or attempted at trying to accommodate our needs which took another branch 15 minutes to complete. Dont bother asking her for her supervisor name and contact information. She will only give you her supervisor name but never gives her own name in your whole conversation. Call back and got her name from co-worker. If you want customer service, go to another Chase Bank no where near Tomball. This branch has the lowest customer service rating of all Chase banks in this area. If I could post with no stars. I WOULD!

(this has happened before and we called and they were fine with cashing it) This time they are extremely rude and refuse to even call us to verify the check. They tell our customer that they will not cash it and that we have to cut a whole new check. I have worked for banks before and I know this to be false. Your employee was rude, unprofessional and will now cost you a large amount of business. We do not have time to deal with rude hateful people who obviously hate their job. Our business runs on excellent customer service and we will only do businesses with those who share our values. We no longer have the confidence to send checks to our customers for credits or refund or pay our vendors if they will have to deal with your employees. Edit: one of the owners of our company went in today to speak with a manager. Manager told him he would need to wait until all the people in the teller line were helped (in case they needed him) Our owners have decided to close our accounts and move to a credit union instead. Not only do you treat our customers poorly but then you treat the owner of our company poorly. We do A LOT of business with you all. Its a shame this is what it has come down to.
