Walked in at 4:48. They wouldn't help us add someone to an account because "we close at 5". Wells Fargo is a bank like Spirit Airlines is an airline and like Taco Bell is a restaurant.

I showed up at 4:57 and they told me they close at 5 and refused to help me in the Drive-Thru. Also a man named William who's been rude before to me was making faces at me and hand jesters. Then his associate told me on the mic they're closed. this isn't the first customer service problem I've had with them at this location

I read all the bad reviews about this location and figured no way it could be that bad,well I was wrong it is just as bad as everyone says.I went in there to simply deposit a check into account,check was made out to me and my wife and she had already endorsed check,they said only way they could deposit check is with both people there.totally insane,not cash check just deposit into account

I have had accounts with Wells Fargo for 18 years. I have never had a problem of any kind. When using the lobby the people are always polite, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Wells Fargo to anyone.

My wife and I have a shared account with WF and maintain solid balance. Our son, now an adult, doesn't have a personal account yet. He has about $500 in series EE savings bonds he wants to cash in. Due to COVID you have to make an appt. Not a problem. But, they won't make an appt for non-WF account holder EVEN if I go in with him. Only $500? Guess where my next auto loan won't be coming from?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Works customer service. Refuse to give change when they feel too lazy to get the change. Even though I have TWO BANK ACCOUNT WITH THEN THAT I WILL BE CANCELLING. Certain people that work there give me no issues. They make my change no problems and send me on my way. But today was the last straw. The lazy woman at the window that refused to make change for me dispite me having my accounts there, then sent my money back to me but not my debit card that I always send so they see I have an account. When I asked for the debit card back as well the woman, after telling me I lied and that they would have never made change for me on 100s of occasions in the past, but that I also did not send my debit card up. So now I get to take a hit to my credit to get a replacement card and wait for that to come in. Thanks for a terrible experience. I look forward to removing my accounts and never doing business with you again.

I just opened a checking account made a deposit, PB issued a temporary card and just realized is not activated. Explained PB I would be traveling and needed confirmation the card was activated. The lack of costumer service ethics is impressive. How do they screen and train employees to make sure they are capable of basic employments tasks? Greeting customers is a must - you don’t tell them “what’s up?” You don’t wait for them to ask you for help. I had to go ask the PB if he was busy and if he wanted to help me open an account. Hire the right people constructive feedback helps you get better. Stop chewing gum, this is not McDonald’s.

Charged my fiance two overdraft fees for one transaction and would not fix the issue. Going to open an account at Chase bank today and not paying Wells Fargo a dime!

Would give no stars. Drive thru teller was very condescending and had an attitude. She was very unprofessional when she was reprimanding me about not calling in change order. "Drive through very busy" there wasn't but 2 people in all 4 lanes. I told her I was new and didn't know. She needs a tumble off her high horse. She said she would include a card with a note about calling in change order even after she told me. Wow. This was the worst experience ever. She needs to be given customer service classes. The whole time she was shaking her head at me and angrily staring at me while she spoke to me. Her name was Claudia.
