I usually have good experiences with this shop. My last visit was very disappointing. I ordered a personal pizza and it was clearly overdone. It didn't taste good at all. I couldn't even bite into the crust 😔

Temporarily stranded in Willow Grove due to truck problems. So happy with Emiliano's! Showed up when they said they would, food was hot,driver was awesome, whole lot better than who I called last night!

Foods great. Only complaint is while waiting the driver was cutting pies she was also eating over top of those pies getting bread crumbs from her sandwich and licking her fingers then touching the pie to cut it. Never washed her hands not once the half hour we were in there. Also coughed a few times and never covered her mouth. Kinda gross.

Started ordering pizzas and food here more recently. Order through my phone for quick pick up. Like their pizzas and chicken fingers and French fries. My kids love it and not bad for the price.

I have been ordering from the same pizza places for 15 years and it's gotten boring or the quality isn't there anymore. I tried a few others and there was nothing to run home about. I got a mailer from Emilianos and when the kids wanted pizza last night I saw on their mailer they have a 2 lg pizzas Special for $20. I ordered 2 specials, receiving 4 large pizzas, for a little over $40. That's cheaper than Dominos and they were so much better. The pizza was very cheesy, the crust was perfect and they arrived within 45. I think the world has gotten so picky that we are looking to find something wrong opposed to being grateful when something delicious is landing right in your mouth! Delisciousa Emiliano!

Have been ordering from this place for my staff for years now, today was the worst service I have and the lady who answer who claim she was the order was a liar, I order two cheese steak she said they comes with fries, I order additional two fries, I have her on speaker phone she repeated my order, when my order came it only have two fries, I call and she argue with me over the phone saying that if I want additional fries I will need to pay for it because she never told me the steaks comes with fires, when I told her she was on speaker infront my staff when she depeeated my order she say oh am sorry if u wanted to additional fries u will need to pay for them. But this is the second time this lady lie the first time she charge me additional fee to process my card and told me she did not when I told her its illegal and show her the charge on my receipt she could not explain, her service is poor and deplorable. I will never order from there again and will let everyone knows as well, not only that the chicken cheese steak was salt

Food is always amazing. Best wings around. Pizza is really good. But the kids running the front could use some help. It always seems a little chaotic and unprofessional. It's always minor problems, but it adds up to a not-so-great experience up until your food arrives, and then you almost forget what you were complaining about. Seriously tho, the kids up front need some guidance and assistance from an adult.

We have been with them for years!!!! Our pizza was 45 minute late and cold I mean the cheese was hard we live 5-8 minutes awayI called and the manager was rude didn’t wanna listen wouldn’t even just give us back the delivery and continued to be rude not concerned that we’ve been customers over 8 years Do not buy from them the don’t care about customer service at all.. Find a local business that care about their customers!

Ordered a small cheese pizza to my surprise when I arrived back at my hotel it looked like something out of the freezer section in the grocery store (Momma Celeste) perhaps? I assumed from the name of the shop you would make your own crust. Very disappointed
