I was standing in line behind 3 straight customers who were arbitrarily denied sales by the store manager. The customers were being respectful while the manager’s demeanor was straight up hostile/disrespectful towards them. Whatever bias he had against the customers, they are supporting a retailer w their money. That’s no way to run a business. So my sons and I went to the foot locker upstairs. Not stepping foot in that Finish Line again unless they get more professional management.

Unwelcoming, not knowledgeable about policies, the cashier "basheba" had a horrible attitude and tossed my receipt after I asked for it back. They didn't have anything in stock. Overall I felt uncomfortable and annoyed leaving this store.

I went in to get my son a GS Jordan 1 Mid. He has always had his eye on them. They accused me of being a reseller and made up funny excuses to prevent me from buying them. I will call corporate and get them fired. We felt like we were being treated unequally because we are black, and later when i asked why they kicked me out.

Friendly staff, store has a variety of shoes, very clean. The rewards circle works perfectly. I love it. They send you money to spend in the store on your anniversary & your birthday. Every 200 points they give you a $20 coupon. Free money is always welcome!

WOW ...I am the only one standing in the YORK pa. store right now. The associate finished checking someone out, walked past me numerous times. I’ve looked right at her holding a pair of $180 Jordan’s in my hand, waiting for to ask if she can help me. NOPE! I just asked for her name, Shanelle. Unfortunately Finish Line...you lost a purchase today and a frequent customer. I have 3 boys and a husband. I’m always shopping for shoes. I prefer Finish Line since you carry boys 3.5! Most don’t since it’s between little kids and youth. All in all I’ve been in this store for at least 10 minutes WITHOUT ANY SERVICE. Not a darn customer in there. I’m appalled, ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR HER NOT TO HELP ME. If she is new and unsure of herself then where is management? I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate!!

4 people working and no one would help assist me. So I had to go up and ask someone. The employee who did help me was on his phone the whole time. Then When I got my shoes to try on I had a female worker stare me down with a rude look. I decided I wasn’t going to spend my hard earned money there and left.

The help was very helpful.. My one son does not like getting new shoes. The sales associate made him feel very comfortable and he found a pair of shoes he liked in less than five minutes. To is that was a miracle. That son has high functioning autism which we did not tell the associate... That says a lot about the kind of employee he was...

Ordered the wrong size of shoe and took them in to return them and they ordered the right size for me. Two guys were working they were very nice and helpful. Good customer service at the time I came in I would come back again.

I usually like this store very much. However I had recently purschased a pair of shoes,and the customer service was really bad. The person that helped me , had given me attitude towards the end , and called me a bad name as he told the cashier to ring me up. I wish I had gone to another shoe store instead of this one....
