This CVS is gone down hill. The final straw. They sent me an email telling me my rx was ready. The next day I went to pick it up and was told they had nothing in their system. I went across the street to Walgreens and had them transfer the rx. Done!

This is by far one of the worst cvs in the state of RI, miserable looking employees unprofessional drinking their drinks and coffee before taking customers to cash out, dirty shampoos items dusty items throughout the store with loud careless employees.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. There's an issue nearly 75% of the time I go there. One problem after another: out of stock meds, insurance issues, coupon issues, computer glitches, miserable employees, long wait times, and God help you if you need to call - they won't answer. I've never seen a company fail it's customers quite like this place. Overall the store is a mess - and now they allow "fundraising" solicitors out front. Unfortunately - insurance wise - I have no other option other than CVS, so for me prescription pick up is always something I dread. The many negative reviews here kind of prove my point. Is anyone else shocked CVS announced they are closing 300 sores?

I won't be coming back here. I dropped off a script for a pet at 430pm, hoping to get a night dose for her. I call around 10pm to check the status. I'm on hold for almost one hour to be told "yup we don't have it but we will in 2 days" what?!? Why did I have to call to get this information??? My pet just had surgery and needed this antibiotic asap. I only brought it here bc Walgreens across the street at least told me initially they didn't have it in stock. I transferred the med this morning to a store that does have it, but my pets already missed 2 doses at this time. Don't come here. 24hr service means nothing.

They are severely understaffed and because of that are not able to properly take care of demand for medicine prescriptions to be filled on time or without issues. CVS corporate underpays people on top of being overworked pay more and keep a good team and fix this location.

This pharmacy has gone down hill terribly. I get the staffing shortages but please don’t be a “24 hour pharmacy” if you cannot handle it. Long story short, I was at this CVS for 2 hours waiting only to be told the antibiotic was out of stock.I had gone to a local clinic around 6:00pm and was prescribed this antibiotic. So of course the doctor is closed and most of the other CVS are now closed. I asked the pharmacist what are my options, anything I can use over the counter for now…. Literally every answer was “I don’t know”. What a jerk, I could tell he did not want to be there and was taking it out on me. I will never use this pharmacy again to fill prescriptions. Way more stores out there that are willing to help.

Pack a lunch you're gonna be a while. So great story i have the condensed version i was prescribed a script that wasn't covered by insurance. They wanted to charge me $1,000. I called my doctor who said I was afraid of that and said they would have me go through an online pharmacy. They called me to set up delivery i asked how much? $50 with shipping! So CVS wanted to charge me $1,000 and these guys charged $50 with shipping.

Absolutely the RUDEST cashier I've EVER encountered. Went to ask if there was something in stock, and the long haired male cashier (no name tag, because I looked) replied " You would know better than I would". Assuming because I was looking for a while? Then when I checked out and asked for a bag, he literally pointed to the brown paper bags next to him so I could bag it myself which I honestly wouldn't mind if he wasn't treating me like some kind of animal?? I am actually starting to HATE CVS and plan to go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE to get what I need.

DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM I had to, and I wish I didn’t. I was in Providence late at night and almost peed my pants. After running through the Walgreens and Mobile station screaming “WHERES THE BATHROOM?? IMMA BURST SOON!!!!” I finally found that CVS had a bathroom. I bolted into the employee only restroom since my fellow companion (who shall remain unknown) also had to pee their pants was using the public stall. The employee only bathroom was ripped to shreds with toilet paper, smelt of tears and antibiotics, and had a half empty Coke-a-cola bottle in there. My companion also showed me the public bathroom which was equally (if not more) disgusting than the one for employees. For a store that’s mission is to provide their customers with reliable products and with welcoming service, these bathrooms which sucked out half of my soul and made me internally vomit is a disgrace to your company mission.

If I could give this pharmacy a -5 stars I would. For the last five times I have came to get my medicine there is an issue they keep switching it to the 90 day supply which my insurance does not cover so then I have to wait but this time I have been waiting 45 minutes and they are still not ready with my medicine. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 15 years and within the last two years has been disgusting 100% have to switch the only thing that is convenient about this pharmacy is if 2 o’clock in the morning you need to get medicine it’s open which how rare is does that happen that you need medicine 2 o’clock in the morning. RARE so I 100% would go across the street to the Rite Aid. I’ve always chose cvs over any other competitors store you have inconvenienced me for the last time. Oh the lady said “well if it keeps happening why don’t you just call ahead” hmm how about you keep it on a 30 day supply and I don’t have to complain each time, because you say the same thing your all set we switched it for you, oh and I forgot to mention I have to give them my insurance card each time . Trying to get 250$of medicine each time. I don’t know if they switched systems but it’s not working
