What kind of pharmacy closes on memorial day? You're a medical service, not a business. Now thanks to that I can't get the medication I need. Taking my business to a different CVS and calling it a day, thank you for nothing 👎

I was unaware that I dropped my key chain with all my store cards. Brian found them, looked up my phone number and called my home before I knew I had lost them. Brian went the extra mile. People like Brian give CVS a good name. Thank you Brian.

I came to this pharmacy (drive thru) to pick up 4 prescriptions sent by my doctor. When I arrive I was told the medication was not ready but, they would have it ready within 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later to pick them up and they were ready (so I assumed). Because the technician was having issues with my card which was not the pharmacy’s fault I had to provide a different card for payment and left without checking the medications until after I got home. When I got home I realized only 3 of the 4 medication was given. I contacted the pharmacy and was told the medication was an over-the-counter medication and was not covered by my insurance. I then asked “so because of that I couldn’t get the medication along with the others?” The employee informed that I can go back through the drive thru and pay for it there but I stated no as it would be my 3rd time going there. I’m writing this review because although they stated that the medication was an over-the-counter medication and not covered by my insurance, one of my other meds was as well and they were able to get that one but not the other? The image is the one I did receive. Customer service was just bad.

Find another pharmacy. This place takes forever. I called 5 hours ahead only to get there to find out my prescription was not ready. Don't bother with the drive through. I walked in and still waited 20 mins.

This CVS has aged me. I sometimes think somersaulting here blindfolded and walking inside would take less time than using their drive-through. Staff is friendly, though!

Today is Friday, September 17, 2021 call Cvs to refill a prescription I was on hold for an unbelievable 45 minutes never in all my years have I been on hold for more then 5 minutes I am definitely changing my pharmacy unacceptable What happened to all the others that used to work there they were so awesome now you got a bunch of slow people unbelievable

Made my Covid appt 9am for same morning at 10:30 when I got there a very rude pharmacist told me the system is down and resched. I told him if the system is down why did it allow me to schedule a vaccination at this specific CVS.. He waved me off and shouted just resched. Extremely rude.

Wow. So do not get any med sent to this location. Been waiting over a month for an inhaler to help breathe and its back and forth with the doctor , pharmacy & insurance company. This location never picks up the phone. One of the older woman have such an attitude problem & an excuse for everything. Trust and believe they are lazy and unwilling to help. Will let the phones ring for hours. So good luck. No one should use this cvs. Clearly they can not handle how to work.

i scheduled my covid test days in advance for a specific day that i needed. a couple hours before i was supposed to be there they canceled. it sent a link saying to reschedule but the soonest was 3 days out. i called and she said there was nothing she could do and the only tester they had wasn’t able to come in.

They say merchandise is there online that are NOT in the stores. The staff is rude and NOT friendly or accommodating at all. I ask if they have a product and I get an I don’t know Better of going to Walgreens
