The pharmacy is so beyond garbage. Goodluck calling to talk to someone about your prescriptions. They will have you on hold for 30 minutes and then answer, and hang up on you while you are talking. Why do you keep hanging up on me? Three times in a row?

"Are you lazy, incompetent, and rude as fawk?" That's probably the first question asked to interview for a CVS. Anyway, I stopped by here to do a quick moneygramps transaction that should've taken no more than, say, 5 minutes - tops. Weeeeeeell... never underestimate the fried extra-chromosome-power of three CVS cashiers! 1. For whatever reason, I was instructed to do the entire transaction again through one of their 19th century moneygramps kiosks (even after I explained to them that I had already completed that part on-line and all I needed to do was pay). 2. 15 minutes later, I get to the cashier, and... their 56K modem blew a fuse. I broke their Internet hahah. Seriously, this little CVS broke the spacetime continuum trying to process one moneygramps transaction. As soon as I stepped out, I was back to the normal world of 2022, and onto a place that could do a moneygramps wire transaction. My job here is done.

I stopped by here because it was on my way. Worst CVS ever. Nobody walking around the store to answer questions. Then I watched a cashier tell an elderly lady that she was cutting in line because she didn’t see the cryptic red tape on the floor that directs you past the cashiers to the self checkout, and then back to the cashiers. Apparently all the employees are trying to help customers understand the line and self checkout, which is why there is nobody working the floor. Kinda defeats the purpose of self checkout. Speaking of which, why can’t I just pay for something without answering several questions about my personal charitable interests? Not that this is specific to CVS, but damn after waiting in line and watching social justice warriors harass elderly ladies, I just want to pay and get out of there. Does anyone care about customer experience anymore? Not here.

This pharmacy has horrible customer service. I just spoke with a pharmacist to have my prescription transferred to a Walgreens since my insurance isn’t covered here. The pharmacist was very rude and kept cutting me off and told me that I should just pickup my prescription because they already filled it. I explained that my insurance doesn’t cover medications that are sent to CVS and I’m not paying out of pocket again I’ve done that before. She seemed annoyed and said they’d return the meds then hung up on me! Extremely rude! I do not recommend this pharmacy!

I needed pain medication for a migraine, the pharmacy said they couldn’t fill because it needed to be tablets not capsules, huh? They told me to call my Blue Shield as they showed it not covered. After 4 hours of calling my insurance and Doctor, they finally filled, what a joke! Glad the migraine wasn’t life threatening in their eyes!

I had to pick up a prescription today and I was in the area so I stopped at this CVS. There was no line and I gave the Pharmacist my prescription and was told it would be about 20 minutes. I walked around the store and did some shopping. This store is a little older and not as modern as the CVS I usually use, but the employees were friendly and helpful. My prescription took about 25 minutes to get filled and I must admit there was a line when I went back to pick it up. It was a pleasure shopping here.

unbelievably bad service! Don't even think about calling the pharmacy to speak to them as they don't answer. When I called the storefront and told them this they transferred me to a manager who wouldn't help me reach the pharmacy either...Useless staff. So bad the other area CVS pharmacy staff all know how bad they are...great reputation to have...time to clean house and start with the manager

Thank you to the very nice person in the beauty department. She was very helpful and told me about some products I didn’t even know Cvs carried. The Vichy vitamin C ampules for my face are amazing.

General Store: Overall pretty good. Wide selection with most isles nice and tidy, grace given for the seasonal isle. 5/5 Staff: I have never once had an issue. On a first name basis with most of them. The only problem is the store needs more of them. 4/5 Pharmacy: Staff is knowledgeable and helpful when asked. Better due diligence in authorizations from Doctors offices would vastly improve the experience. Often they glance at faxes. 3/5 Phone: We all know this is what sparked the review here. I am on hold even as I write this review. Eventually my phone dropped after an entire hour, so I had to call back. Still holding, again. Sadly since this about insurance paperwork no automated PBX will handle it, we still need real people. This background music will haunt my dreams. 0/5 App: Awesome, seriously people use it. In case of an emergency you can show first responders the medications your family is taking. 5/5

The worst pharmacy staff in a quality pharmacy. we're asked to wait after coming 3 times along with many other people as they were backed up. Absolutely poor management and no respect for other people's time and patience. We should had chose another pharmacy to pickup our prescription. Hope they improve immediately.
