I love Job Lot as I can find my green tea for less. Bulbs for Spring flowers 💐 are a lower price than at Home Depot.

The prices and quality of essentials was not great but the employees more than made up for it! They made announcements about people donating money to the food bank and all the employees yelled out which made everyone laugh and yell out. Cashier #76435 was so friendly, helpful and upbeat even when I had to write a check. She needed some help from her manager (?) to do the transaction and that manager was so calm, cool, and collected even while others were calling her for help. I have had some bad experiences at this Job Lot in the past but today, 3 days before Christmas, I was giggling and laughing with employees and other customers. Even with a really long line customers were being kind to each other and I think it is because of the employees! I was at the North Kingstown Job Lot, Tues December 22 at 5:00ish.

This Job Lot is nice and clean with friendly help. It's well stocked and everything is priced right. I suggest you check at least once a week because certain brand name items are circulating, however once it's gone that's it, they may not get anymore in stock. I've never had a problem with freshness of food products but checking the date of an item is recommended.

Each store's layout is a bit different so you never know what you will find plus the products will change based on the inventory the corporate office has been able to obtain. This is a big store so there's a lot to see but it's usually in very good shape, not messy, and not that long of a wait to check out. You can get some very good deals but you need to look around to find them. Considering that most of the what they carry is discontinued, overstocked or former out of business items, you'll find some of these items even more expensive than you'll find at Wal-Mart or other retailers. Overall though, it's a great place to shop at to get good deals. Check it out regularly due to the changing of inventory and you'll be rewarded.
