Rude pharmacy. Was just trying to get a price on a prescription and was treated very poorly and then was told we do not have that drug in stock. Which is Lipitor one of the most popular drugs on the market. Is this a pharmacy of just a money grab company. They could not even tell me the firm price and I had all of the information on the drug and my benefit information. The guy keep telling me he can not guarantee that his quote is the final price. This is so they can fill the prescription and then tell me that the price is double the quote. Stay AWAY!!!

I'm not very happy with the pharmacy. I would put medications I was taken off of into the archive on the app, but they'd still fill them. They were told to only fill meds when I ordered them, but they'd do it on their own time. Some meds I have can last me two months at a time, I didn't need them filled every month. Have had to throw some away.

Pharmacy staff very rude. My son bought the wrong allergy medication for me and the wouldn't take it back while he was still in the store with his receipt? This is insane!? Claiming because its Sudafed!???? all I wanted was a different Sudafed, not a 24 hour one! Ramiro, the manager extremely extremely rude and shouldn't work in customer service nor pharmacy.

I just wanted to let the pharmacist that gave my 5 year old daughter her shot today know that I really appreciated his patience and all of the strategies he was using to try to calm her down. I didn't catch his name, but it was at 11:00 on March 29. She was really scared and trying to hide behind a chair and he was so patient and offering lollipops, engaging her in conversation, letting her hold the bandaid etc. I know he probably has a billion other things to do, but he didn't pressure her and was very understanding!

The people that work at this Pharmacy are completely rude. The lady behind the counter said can I help you with out even looking at me. I said I have a question she answered it rudely still with out any eye contact. So I just walked away. I understand that there are very busy but customer service goes a long way. This is the second time this is happened at this CVS.

Dropped off a ups package for a return 1/16/2022 around 3:30. She scan and said you will get email to track. Today 1/17/2022 still did not get email. I called and she never even scanned the package so I would not have known where it was or if I would get a refund for 57 dollars. Good job?

My experience there was a waste of time. The nurse named Sarah Pagliarini was rude and unwilling to help. It appears she was more interested in her appearance than helping a customer. Her yoga pants and riding boots were the only thing going for her. I found more help from my primary doctor. I suggest you stay away from CVS and visit someone who cares for you.

I waited on hold to discuss a pharmacy medication ERROR. I waited for 12 minutes before the line disconnected. I called back and waited 42 minutes before giving up. I looked for an alternate phone number (store, photo, Minute Clinic, etc) but there is only the one number for everything. I understand they are busy, but what are customers supposed to do when the issue is urgent? Even if you choose the option as a provider (doctor, hospital, etc) you can only leave a message. Scary to know that even your doctor cannot reach them in an emergency! I have always used CVS but will be following another reviewer’s advice and switching to Stop and Shop - they simply cannot be worse.

It amazes me that a customer cannot get through to this pharmacy over the phone. Over 15 minutes of on hold music AFTER 3 minutes of prompt questions, and still no human to pick up the receiver?? I mean customers are already doing A LOT of the job with online ordering, online paying, prepaid pick up, self checkouts.... What's left for the clerk to do except grabbing the Rx from a bin to hand it over? Still they're to busy after several minutes on hold to answer? This happens all the time here!! Ridiculous!

I want to start off saying that I got my booster shot in November. A month later in December I went in to get my 2nd shingles shot and the nurse gave me a booster shot in stead and realizing her mistake proceeded to give me my shingles shot. They filled out an incedent report with my phone number and told me they would report it my doctor. I called my doctor's office that afternoon and CVS dn't called yet which was 2 to 3 hours after the fact. The med mistake was bad enough and fact I felt sick for 3 days CVS never called me to check on my well being. Shame on CVS
