The red headed girl with a face scar in self checkout was really rude. I asked for a price on an item that was on display in the self check out area without a price tag . The girl said she didn't know with a snarky attitude.I scanned the product while I was checking out to get the price myself and she had to removed it because I didn't want it. She yelled at us to never do that again. I know her job is not pricing the items in the store BUT customer service is! I will never shop at stop and shop again. That store doesn't care about customer service. Prices are high and I'm spending my money in their store I expect good customer service. I was not asking her to do anything ridiculous but to check a price . Walmart is a stone throw away and much cheaper , i'll be going there from now on . There is a lot of competition out there for grocery stores so customer service should be good or people will take their hard earned money elsewhere .

Just left there just as confused as when I went in! I hope you don't have to go in to grab one thing nothing is where it says it is.... A couple of weeks ago they moved the bread to aisle 13 well it's no longer in aisle 13 nothing is marked now it was in aisle 6. If you're going make sure you have time on your hands you will need it! This is the stop & shop on Park avenue, Woonsocket

Stop to pick up a few things on my way home. Usually I go to Shaw's but this was on my way home, wish I went out of the way to Shaw's. First off Stop & shop prices are ridiculously higher than any other supermarket. Plus I asked them if they did check cashing they said I would have to apply and wait two weeks to be approved 😂 Shaw's market will cash a payroll check for $0.50 and you don't need to apply for anything, in fact you don't even need a Shaw's card plus their prices are way better store is cleaner shelves are stocked Fuller. This is one of the few times I went to stop and shop and will be my last.

I ordered a cake from delivery. Says it's in stock online still even after I ordered and was told it's out of stock. Sounds like laziness on the part of the person collecting the groceries. Guess my son doesn't have his cake for his birthday. Ordered chicken wings from peapod the last 6 times. Finally got some. Charged much more than usual and got half the amount of wings. Though somehow still the same weight but about half the amount. Awful quality too. I threw a few out they were so bad. Stop scamming people

My opinion you should never buy your gift cards from Stop & shop because they can’t retrieve the missing numbers on the activation receipt they give you . I spent a lot of time with the manager Steve at the north Smithfield store to retrieve #s that are missing. Although he said he would get back to me I have never heard from him again. After a short wait the manager Steve did a great job in solving my problem. He took total control and fixed the gift card problem .

When I shop here I use my card to get the discounts but buyer beware. S & S has gone to digital coupons on a lot of the discounts. I'm in my 60'S and I was not brought up on this technology. From this point on I will be shopping some where else.

Tried calling today to speak with someone in customer service. I allowed the phone to ring 15 minutes...no lie. Not a single person picked up. Has anyone else noticed that the shelves are empty...nothing. This is early morning and late at night. No change. I can't believe it is the supply chain issues. Do you just not have the employees to stock your shelves? How do you handle your Pea Pod accounts with no products. Market Basket in Johnston is packed front to back on shelves. Lots of happy employee. No gaps, plenty of EVERYTHING! Meats, produce, frozen goods, bread...everything! Pleas explain that to me.

This one of the few good Stop and Shops left. Stop and shop has gone down hill in so many areas. Especially with regards to produce. If you like mold on your strawberries after 3 days this is the place for you. This doesn't happen at Shaws and Dave's so clearly they buy inferior produce, but this one is a bit different and I find this one to have their produce manager on top of this and they are doing a good job restocking. Their Deli team is great. The small dark haired woman is wonderful and always happy to see me. She always has gloves on and is happy. I am glad to see this Stop And Shop caring a little more than the other 2 I have frequented often. Only draw back I can think of with this one is they need to do a better job rotating stock in the guacamole, hummus and spreads sections as there is often bad dates in that area of the store. Otherwise keep up the good work S&S. Always be one of the good Stop and Shops, still left out there. ****Update the new gentleman in the Deli that I have not seen there in my many visits was awesome and had an amazing attitude. Great hire !! Love the attitude!

Has everything in a stop in shop. Shelves are kept in stock, clean, environment is good and how stores should usually be. I made this with the stuff I got in stop and shop. So as expected they have what you need so you don’t become malnourished.
