KCCNE removed our old countertops and installed new Silestone quartz countertops which are beautiful. Very happy with the quality and installation. Sales people were helpful in selecting the material and assisted in getting a sample to help us select cabinet colors. Installers were professional and efficient. Only criticism related to the project is that we were informed the evening before our countertops were to be installed that the installation was to be delayed. Over a week later, a new installation date was scheduled which was 19 days later than the original date. Service: Kitchen countertop replacement

We were fortunate to have the owner, Eddy, come out on the initial appointment. He spent many hours meeting with us to help determine our best choices. We worked with Heather who helped design a great plan for our kitchen remodel. We were very pleased with the General contractor they referred us to, Jay Murphy. It has been 1 year since our kitchen remodel was completed by KCCNE. We can honestly say that we are as happy and in love with our kitchen and pantry today as we were when we first saw the completed project. After soliciting bids from three contractors in the fall of 2020 we selected KCCNE. From the beginning when Joe Pakuris came to our house, listened to our ideas and then offered his professional opinion, I knew they were the right choice and that our project would be a success. The initial team , (Hannah, Sandy and Eddy ), worked with us to establish communications, take a preliminary design to final design and consulting on ancillary product and color selections. They were AWESOME! With the preliminary work completed and the project scheduled for mid January, we met with Kelli Baker the project manager, another AWESOME individual. After reviewing the documents and project specs with Kelli, my wife and I left for our winter vacation. From Jan to April Kelli kept us completely informed with communications and progress photos using their Buildertrend software. We resolved any outstanding issues and change orders through Buildertrend. We were never at the house to meet with the actual craftsmen, but from the quality of the work we could tell they had to be some of the best. This project was on time , on budget and exceeded our own expectations. Thank you Joe & Eddy you have a great company and even greater people working for you. My experience with KCCNE was very good and love love love my counter and sink. Looks so beautiful! Sales staff, install/removal teams were very professional and friendly. My rating is a 4.5/5 . (This was my first project of this kind. My rating is only because communication surrounding the install was somewhat limited. The process for final payment was not clear. I was also unaware that a plumber was needed to re-install my sink). Would definitely use KCCNE again, but just asking for more guidance for the “remodel newbies”. Not a good place to do business with in my opinion. Went there for a simple granite bathroom counter. Chose a beautiful slab with beautiful coloring. Four days before installation the business called to tell me that the slab broke when they tried to cut it and I would need to go back to choose another slab. The second slab was not as nice as the first. Should have asked for my money back. I paid an additional $350.00 to the business to remove my old counter and take it away. The day before installation I confirmed with them that they would also remove the faucet. Day of installation the installer removed the faucet and stated he thought something was wrong with the connection on the faucet. He thought it fell apart inside. This left me without a functioning faucet. There was nothing wrong with the faucet prior to its removal. I contacted the business and they told me that they would reimburse me for the new faucet I had to buy. It's now almost 2 weeks since I dropped my faucet invoice off at the business and I still don't have my check. The person who handles the reimbursement has not yet returned my call. Avoid the headaches and buy elsewhere. Wish I had done that. Service: Countertops

I am a contractor and home owner. I have had KCC of NE complete, both my new construction home and personal home. The service was outstanding from picking the stone in the lot, to slab design prior to cutting for approval. The inside staff was patient and understood my needs on both jobs. The insulation crew were very polite covered my floor upon arrival and vacuumed up prior to leaving 5 stars to the crew. A 5 star service from start to finish. The price was second to none as the quality of their work. Thank you everyone at KCCNEC. GREAT JOB..
