Trash they just be out here canceling orders when I’ve been waiting ode long and no manager is on the shift which is crazy to me I would not order from here if they are just going to cancel your order

I ordered a 3 piece order with fries and macaroni, a chicken sandwich and an order of popcorn chicken with fries and soda. Left and came back 3 minutes later because I was one of the fries. The person at the window which was probably new made me show him and give him what I bought except the sodas and sandwich. Because I believe he did not believe I would come back after I spent over 25 dollars on my orders for the fries I was missing. His supervisor had my order inside for like 2 minutes trying to decide what to do and telling the new guy that next time to tell customers to go inside if they are missing anything. If I was sick with anything contagious him and her would have shared my germs with everyone that bought anything after me in the drive thru. I have never in my life seen a drive thru do that because of their own stupidity. If I could rate zero to the supervisor I would. ZERO STARTS.

The line at this KFC is often long for the drive-thru and backs up onto North Main Street. The service at the window however is quick and the workers are friendly. The food is made correctly but you do pay a premium for tasty food. Indoor dining is available but small and not many parking spaces. Parking: Mostly all located at the rear of the restaurant.

POOR ATTITUDE! Order was incorrect at drive through. Left and turned around immediately. I was met with Hostility and Poor attitude. I am a Regional Manager for a large bank and was taken back by such rude and poor professionalism. I cannot totally blame the drive through associates as it definitely seemed that they were a product of their environment. Poor training. Total grade of a D- at the North Main St location in Providence, RI. Let’s hope it gets corrected. God Bless.

I am Not a KFC fan. Yrs ago I saw pictures of how they basically torture the chixs..not here for it! Don't know how true but I'm not a fried food person but alot of people enjoy it

Delicious chicken sandwich! Almost on par with Popeye's (but not quite). Staff was super nice and our food was ready quickly.

Sorry to see the service is going way down as well as the quality of food. Wish KFC could re-evaluate there items and return to the old way of doing business. If there is a problem, fix it not argue with the customer and act like the customer is the problem when their order is incorrect. Poor customer service.

Love the food and prices are good as well. Friendly workers and fast service. I purchased the $20 meal. 8 pcs extra crispy chicken, 2 mash potatoes (Can not substitute), Cole slaw, and biscuits. The chicken is bigger than other KFC. It worth driving across town to this location.
