Rented a truck to help a friend move last month. It took a little longer than expected so I called ahead and was told I wouldn’t be charged extra if I returned it before closing. We got back well before closing and they charged us for two days. Spoke to someone the next day and was told it would be taken care of and no one ever got back to me and they didn’t refund the difference. Nothing but corporate thieves at this location. Will remove this review if someone reaches out and refunds the difference.

This is the best U-Haul that I have ever been to since it has been under new management. Keeley is a awesome Manager. The crew is friendly and great when it comes to helping out customers. I would recommend this U- Haul to anyone that is reading this or need a great place to rent a truck or a van. Drove my uhaul 40 miles in just under 2 hours. Was somehow charged for 200 miles and was told to file a dispute. Wasted hours waiting on the phone and finally filled a dispute, and was told everything was taken care of just to be charged anyways. Keep getting redirected to other people and nobody will refund my money. Terrible

Much to my surprise this had to be the easiest truck rental experience ever. Truck was as promised and getting it and returning it took just a few minutes. Just be aware there is no parking for customers so if you plan to leave a car you'll need to find somewhere on the street.

Very disappointed in service. I bought some tape from here and asked to for the text receipt. When the receipt wouldn’t come right away. The clerk told me it’ll take some time. So I left since I was in a rush. 2 days later after I moved I tried to return the unused material in a different location but still hadn’t gotten the receipt. So I called them to get the receipt texted again since I had moved location and couldn’t return to the same location. “They said I’m out of luck and the clerk lied to me.”

This place is great to rent moving supplies and trucks. The staff was very nice and helpful. When we enter I notice that the supplies that they sell were a good price in comparison to other retail stores. They have different sizes of boxes for TV, regular stuff, even long boxes. They also have covers for TV, mattress and other stuff. The price to rent a truck was very low. I definitely recommend this place for moving supplies.

Avoid at all costs, especially if you are considering for a trailer hitch install. They not only messed up the wiring, rendering the actual hitch useless, they also broke my bumper off of the chassis. I had to take my car to another location to fix the wiring, and they explained the extent of the bumper damages (which ended up being in the thousands). Uhaul corporate denies any liability. Stay away from this location, and Uhaul in general.

Reservation and appointments are required to use their trucks, but I guess it's because of the good service they provide. Keep in mind you'd need to plan ahead if you want to use the bigger truck, prices are really affordable though.
