It use to be good. I dont know if its Covid, lack of help or they just don't care but now the coffee bar is always empty and the food selection is pretty bad. The Ice coffee is always warm. You put in 1/2 a cup of ice and its melted before you leave the store. They are always out of the coffee flavors. They actually put big Carnation pump bottles of vanilla and hazelnut flavoring out there. The food is bizarre. A $5 breakfast burger? A morning pizza. Come on that was stuff left over from last night. If I'm going to eat and drink below average food I'll go to a fastfood place and at least get what I want. Actual ice coffee and breakfast food. Not the scraps left behind from the night before and relabeled in the morning.

I work right near this gas station. It’s convenient but I will take my business somewhere else. Cashier I had didn’t bag my items an basically threw them at me. Very sad. Went at 12 in the afternoon. No happy at all. I even get gas here. Never again.

Very clean location, friendly employees, and many items to choose from. The shakes that you buy frozen and put in the machine were low/almost empty with only a few to choose from. But everything else seemed to be well stocked.

Love the ice coffee here only$1 can't beat it very clean but some morning you there for a longer time then you want to be only 1 ringer and 10 people in line not always but there are days like this strange days indeed still love the ice coffee and scratch tickets even better when I win

If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you not have pizza on a Friday night???? Also no a clean establishment. I would expect a mom and pop shop to slack but not a well known chain. Especially in RI. I just don’t see a reason for this

Go to a different gas station/convenience store. This place is an absolute nightmare. Lines are usually long and out the door because they only have one person on the register while the two or three other employees are busy wiping down coffee machines or cooking pizza. The older employees are pretty rude most of the time. There is one guy who is about 108 years old who is insanely slow and confused and you have to yell so he can hear you (he should probably retire soon). Drive an extra 5 minutes to someplace else to save your self the massive headache this store will give you.

I don't remember Cumberland Farms being so highly overpriced but their snacks and convenience products are nothing short of a rip off and take advantage of the times. Price gouging is an understatement. They don't even carry their once popular store brand anymore and it used to be my favorite ice cream. I advise finding an alternative for quick late night snacks!

I will start saying that this store is in excellent conditions, everything was really nice and clean from the floors to the bathroom. While I was taking pictures, I was on the phone talking Spanish and a costumer came over and started being disrespectful and improper. But the cashier came over and de-escalate the situation, which blew me away, because she didn’t have to yet she did. He kept being obnoxious and the lady said please leave him alone and let him do his job, which in this case was the review. When I came up to the register after buying a coffee and two hotdogs, she then apologized in behalf of Cumberland farms and herself, for the experience I just had. Which once again she didn’t have to, because it had nothing to do with her, now that’s what I call excellent costumer service, this lady deserve a raise this happened a few minutes ago 23/10/18 at around 11:10 pm.

Go here at least once a day paid for 4 ice coffees and a $1.29 package of gummi bears...i paid in advance while the wife made the coffees...i ate the package of gummi bears in the store while waiting for her to finish...as we were leaving I was asked in a nasty way by one of the male employees if i was going to pay for the gummi bears...when I said I did those and 4 ice coffees literaly 2 minutes ago..the girl who cashed me put said "I dont remember "...seriously? Needless to say I wont be returning to this establishment and if they treat everyone in this manner I am personally sorry I ever gave them any business.
