Horrible experience. I’ll be buying my lease outright. This would have been my FORTH new Acura. However, it’s not like First Acura at all! I’d go anywhere else other than waste time at Grieco. I was never even shown a car! As soon as I sat down I was told that my monthly payment was going higher and then proceeded to “man-splain” finances to me. I was so disgusted. I did buy my lease outright and I’m so happy I’ll never have to walk on that lot again! Now to figure out what to buy next!

If they have a certified car, and it's at a good price. You better buy it at that point, because if you wait a day you'll definitely miss out on it. like I did and ended up buying a car somewhere else not worthy of the money I paid for it, and finding out afterwards I had a replacement engine in it which wasn't told to me when I bought it. So if you want to buy a good certified pre-owned car he definitely want to buy it from Greco Acura. Or you can go someplace else and get ripped off.

I would recommend never buying a car from here. Certified pre-owned is a joke. We get outside to begin the test drive and right away we are told it's been in two accident but had all it's sustained damage repaired, First lie detected after circling the car and noticing damage around the entire car. Then we get into the car and start to drive away only to hear the most awful noises coming from the rear end suspension when just pulling out of the lot, sales guy tries to convince us that it's just a loose spare tire. We get about half way through the test drive and the 4WD! Light, and the ABS light come on. Fast forward alittle but we get back to the dealer ship and I look under the hood to find that we just test drove a car that's completely missing it's oil cap, again sales guy makes a comment, and says that would be why the ABS light came on 🤦 Save yourself the trouble of having to use mass's lemon law and go buy a car you can trust from somewhere else.

*Edited* My experience started off very rocky and I walked away from a deal but, to my surprise, Grieco reached out the next day with a humbled approach. This team earned my business from the effort and ease of doing business which finalized a trade-in and purchase of a new car! Although we're 850 miles away, their communication got it done. Thank you

Greico Acura has best customer service out of Greico locations in MA/RI area!! Dan R. was on point with addressing all my concerns and questions. He got me into a clean safe vehicle with low mileage and within my budget. And even went out of the way to get vin check done for me while I was at work. That’s above and beyond customer service. Randy the sales manager helped facilitate the smooth transition from returning a car to Greico Hyundai that was just awful the car was dirty and had crack in windshield, please never go to Johnston location you can get same cars on Seekonk lot with way better customer service. The Greico Acura team really turned around my experience and I appreciated the customer service and attentive staff.

This place is a mess. Messy transition from first Acura to Greico. Waited 6+ weeks for license plates. That's 10% of a year. Not a single person had a good answer. Sales person Caleb did not make it a priority to take care of our problem. The issues were discussed only over the phone or in person, emails were never returned as if they didn't want a paper trail. Courtesy cars, there are none. For a "luxury"car dealer to hand you a 5 passenger Kia that smells like an ashtray after buying one of the most expensive car on the lot is a joke. Want an Acura? Go somewhere else.
