Mike Medeiros was so extremely helpful, he deserves a raise!!! I hope one day that he is a manger!!! Or better yet owner of the company!!!! Mike was so knowledgeable he knew more than the manager who was helping us. I cannot express this enough, he was filled with so much personality, was so nice, and just overall such an incredible experience. If we had anyone else as a sales personal honestly we probably would’ve walked out; thank you so much for all your help Mike. We absolutely love our new living room set!!!!! When the drivers delivered they were so professional and sweet, Jon and Patty were also so incredible knowledgeable. Out of all these years of receiving furniture from other places, these were by far the best people I have ever had deliver furniture. They did such a great job!!! Thank you so much. Our sales rep, Stephen, was great. He wasn’t pushy, let us roam around and periodically checked in on us to answer any questions we had. I’ve been to other places where there was no attention and some where there was too much. Stephen had the perfect balance. A++ experience because of him.

She went beyond to make sure we found everything we needed for our new home. I recommend her for all of your furniture pictures. Will definitely be going back for any further purchases.

10 star would be accurate. Excellent salesmen (Daniel M). knowledgeable but not pushy. Extremely massive showroom with quality furniture for every room inside and out. Warehouse on site, polite, courteous and very easy to do business with. Thank you. Also, absolutely love my new sectional.

My wife and I had a great customer experience with Omar and would definitely recommend asking for him by name upon entering the store. He is a kind and classy man and is very good at his job. He greeted us at the door in a natural, low-pressure manner and as we browsed, struck the perfect balance between professional attentiveness and respect for our space. We bought a beautiful sofa, love seat and ottoman for our new apartment and are absolutely thrilled with both our purchase and the treatment we received from Omar. Easiest 5-Star review I've ever written!

Furniture stores are infamous for hounding you as soon as you step foot through their doors and although they stood ready, I immediately walked past everyone on a mission to browse first. Surprisingly, they let me do so. After some time, one of the store associates, Steven, acknowledged my preference to browse and simply asked if we had any questions and offered to check the stock of the pieces we liked. I inquired about a new mattress and had many questions on the brands, different levels of firmness, and composition. We were fortunate to learn Steven had extensive experience in the mattress industry prior to joining R&F. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. This was one of the easiest furniture shopping experiences we have had and are very excited for our new bedroom set! Hoping delivery and assembly go as smoothly. While we got off to a bumpy start, our second salesperson Emily and the manager Todd really turned our experience around. We ended up putting in an order for something we saw online- I always make an effort to shop in stores so someone gets credit for it- and our check out experience was really smooth. No hassle! If you do go to Raymour and Flanagan I recommend that you go in and ask for Emily. Knowing the right salesperson makes all the difference in having a positive experience.

Extremely disappointed in the service received here. I went in to place an order for a piece of furniture for my baby’s room before the baby arrives & my sales women was awesome. I placed the order and was told it’s back ordered and it should be in on 2/14. Now on 2/23 I decided to call for an update on my order because my baby will be here in the next two weeks so I need the piece asap to get it in the baby’s room and put all his clothes in. Only to hear that they voided my order on 1/27 without calling, emailing, or sending me a refund. I will definitely never use them again. Thank you for nothing 👍🏼

An immense showroom with so many different options it can be overwhelming, but it never is because of salesmen like Nick C. who did a great job of always being there to answer questions, but not at all being suffocating. He walked us through all the different options, allowed us to take our time and find what we were looking for, and becoming comfortable with the choice. The financing and paperwork process was quick and headache free, and the delivery process was explained easily. I highly recommend shopping here for ALL your furniture needs!

Don met us at the door with a nice greeting and then backed off to let us shop. He checked in every once in a while to see if we had any concerns but again let us be. When we needed him he was extremely courteous to us and knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in, delivery, and financing. He left nothing out and was fantastic start to finish. We purchased 2 quality Lane pieces at a great price and were shocked and overjoyed R&F had them in stock and ready to ship! Overall a great experience.
