My daughter went in there to rent a 5 x 5 x 10 Storage unit For $94 And the guy said it was $150 She said it was online for 94 She said forget it and left. I think you need to fix your prices!!!

I rented a 5x8 trailer from here to move a couch up to Maine. Everything was going smooth until we did the safety check to make sure the electrical was running to the trailer. Turns out my hitch power cord had been damaged and I had no brakes, turn signal, etc. Tom Sullivan, Tyler Zina, and Ron were calm and quick to problem solve. They found out the source of the problem and reconnected my power to get me on the road that day. The only alternative was delaying my trip which I did not want to do. I am very appreciative of their help and quick problem solving. I’ll definitely be using this location for my future U-haul needs.

Website doesn't work properly. Credit card swipes don't work properly. Entry swipes don't work properly. Doors of units have sharp bolts that catch on the things you are storing, and will cut you, too. Old man refuses to work and gives attitude when you try to pay. He needs to be fired. The young man who does work and helps you out, give him a raise!!!

Rented a truck and was asked to check the mileage they wrote was correct. They had it written a mile lower than what was on the odometer, which there’s no excuse for. When I called the clerk over and told him he said he couldn’t change it and I had to get a link and fill these forms out to fix their own mistake. I’m certain this is a trick they do because they know most people won’t go through the hassle for a few cents, but if they can skim this off every customer it adds up for them fast. Any business that’s skimming from their customers when they’re already making quite a bit on the rental itself is not worth going to. The truck itself was also dirty and smelled like smoke.

I I’ve been renting a storage unit for approximately six months and have the monthly payment debited to a credit card. My credit card was lost and replaced with a different number and when the payment was due, it did not go through it obviously, because that account was no longer active. I was sent a letter in the mail which I received March on 16. My payment was due on March 12. I called immediately and give them updated information, and paid the bill and a $15 late fee, no problem. I had done all this through the 800 line which I believe is the national U-Haul call center and they were very pleasant. I then received another duplicate letter, stating I owed the monthly fee and late charge, I again call the 800 hotline and they emailed the local U-Haul place and I immediately was called by Tom Sullivan. Who from the first minute of the conversation, accused me of being a liar over a simple billing issue and would not allow me to speak and I asked him to let me speak and he said no, I will not let you, you let ME speak! . I figured out since this call is that I was sent two separate letters within a 2 weeks time which had confused me. But regardless, I should never have been treated like this, ever!!! Tom Sullivan was so incredibly rude that I was shaking and wildly upset there was never an issue my bill was due on March 12 it was paid on March 16 and I incurred late fee which I also paid I have never dealt with this level of disrespect particularly from a large chain like U-Haul and when we can get our stuff out of there, I will not use them any longer. I would recommend using another local facility.

The representative at the store completed the check out process on the phone which enabled me to drop off the trailer and leave without going in the office and waiting around. This may not seem like a big deal, but it is usually not how it works at rental places like these. I pulled in and and a U-Haul representative was right there to help me back in and disconnect the trailer--and that was it. Efficient, painless, and very fast service.

I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I would expect a Big name like Uhaul to answer their phones During business hours.

No good and no one cares!!!!! Never again will i use a U-haul location.. The there are better and CHEAPER storage facilities. I will actually go out of my way to go elsewhere.
