I live on the west coast and wanted to buy flowers for my mom’s birthday. I ordered same day delivery from some website that was garbage and did not delivery the flowers, instead cancelling on me. After that I found Cannon House Florist which is local to Aiken, SC. They were so nice and even though I was ordering last minute / in the afternoon they were still able to deliver flowers for my mom on her birthday. I gave them her favorite colors and flowers and the resulting bouquet was beautiful. She really liked them, thanks so much!

Had to insert foot in mouth, after I got a bit confused over the invoice and delivery date. I did not provide the owner the benefit of an explanation. That was on me. However, instead of being spiteful, they went above and beyond to meet and exceed the issue. I would recommend there service again to anyone in the area. Got a good laugh, and an excellent arrangement for my money.

They exceeded our expectations and were not only beautiful but abundant and exactly the colors and emotion we were hoping to express. I live in Illinois and have a friend who lives in Aiken. I wasn't sure what to order for my friend, so called and spoke to a sweet and friendly lady who took my order. I told her how much I want to spend and what colors of flowers I liked, and that I wanted her to create something special for my friend who was having health issues. The flowers were delivered THAT DAY ! My friend said they were of such great quality and so lovely. She sent me a picture and the flowers exceeded my expectations. WOW! My parents recently moved to Aiken and without me having any idea which florists to trust with an arrangement for their anniversary, I made the mistake of using a well known online florist who not only didn't deliver the flowers but never called to tell me they couldn't or didn't. I googled florists in their area and found Cannon House. Not only were they incredibly pleasant and accommodating on the phone, they made a STUNNING arrangement and got it to my parents same day with zero issues! I gave them my budget and what they were able to make far exceeded my expectations! My mother was so shocked by the arrangement that she actually called and raved to them about it as well. I will definitely order from them in the future (and now my mom will too!)

If you are looking for quality, just stop scrolling, it's right HERE! My fiance's birthday, as well as first week of school (2nd grade teacher) was coming up along with our wedding a few weeks after that!! Needless to say, some nice flowers was definitely in order. However, I am WAY critical of flowers and quality of service in this respect. I went to the store and met Kristi. What a pleasant experience it was discussing the different options they would deliver to the school the next day. I had a decent idea of what I wanted but she showed me an arrangement that was gorgeous! It was "LAVISH LOVE BOUQUET WITH LONG STEMMED RED ROSES"--- It had Lilies as well as Roses. I was excited as she showed me a few of the Lilies they had available. I was so excited. Well... I get a text around 10:45 AM the next morning from my fiance and these pictures. (First pictures from room were day of) The office staff was BLOWN away by the size and beauty of the arrangement. She had them in her room for a few day, brought them home this weekend and I am writing this post because 7 days later they still look like this!! (outside pictures are 7 days old) I could write a small book about the small unique things that make this experience so nice (the arrangement was definitely thought through as someone looked at each closed bloom and arranged them to open symmetrical, the stems were cut evenly so water was easier to maintain, the recipe called for less flowers (8 roses) than I received (12 roses), etc.) I am a Plant Scientist and I will GLADLY return to this business again.
