I've been going to 3 Guys since 2000, I can say without a doubt, I would not trust my car to anyone else. Jamie the owner has not only always done fantastic work, but hes honest and exudes integrity. He never price gouges, he has always gone the extra mile. Beyond his business ethics hes such a nice man as is his son. Always respectful, friendly and professional. I just cannot say enough nice things about this business and the owners!

Quoted me over the phone to replace my A/C system. After getting the vehicle in the shop they recommended using a sealing agent rather than replacing the system. A/C worked for roughly 200 miles before failing again. Took it back in and after properly diagnosing the issue it was now their recommendation that I replace the system. No offer to discount the service after having misdiagnosed the issue originally so I declined. Then they charged me again for the follow up diagnosis and expressed no accountability for their role in the failed diagnosis or repair. You can earn a buck and you can earn a customer, but you can't always do both.
