It’s unbelievable I have come 3 times to this FedEx office and never can send my packages there is always, I’m always use my FedEx account and still, this the second time the lady said something at the that I can’t send my package, and here is the thing I go to another office father of course and I’m able to send it, these people are super super negative and definitely they don’t know what customer service is. I wish I could be able to put 0 stars….

These employees work really hard. I was helped by Tracey who was very nice and professional. I noticed a customer being quite ugly to the other representative working, and she handled it much better than I would have. As a customer service employee myself, I just want to say thank you to Tracey and the other female CSR who were working on the morning of 7/18. Yall are going great. Keep it up.

Fed up with this location. 1st bad experience June 2022 my box had a slight scratch and the two bald men forced me to buy another $25 box. 2nd bad experience 7/7/22 with the red hair girl I asked them to tape my box they reviewed it and stated that since it wasn’t all the way full with packaging I had to pay an extra $20 to fill it up but if it was already full they wouldn’t care Money gougers!!!

Eva was super helpful and friendly, was my first time sending something out for warranty in 3 big boxes and she made the process super easy ! Would definitely recommend coming here, my phone was also about to die at the time and she offered her own personal charger. Above and beyond on the customer service ! Thank you again Eva !!

Place is an utter ripoff. FedEx ground delivered a damaged package. Following day went to FedEx office to ship it back. Ms. S*n*a said they couldn't ship it back since it was damaged. Subsequently, wanted to charge almost $25 which included a box over twice the size as the package. Mind you the package already had a prepaid Wayfair return label. Declined to pay the rather exorbitant fee and she voided the pre-paid return label. Printed another prepaid return label with a different tracking number and drove a few miles to a FedEx ship center. They accepted the package as is no questions asked. Alternatively, locate the nearest FedEx hub and leave the package at customer pickup. The only reason for visiting FedEx office is to obtain a receipt. Moral of the story, avoid this place and their unscrupulous business practices like the plague.

Sonya was absolutely amazing in handling a last minute print job that we needed asap. While other print shops were telling me it would take a day, Sonya was very helpful on the phone and then once we got in the store all of the staff was very helpful. They were able to get all the documents we needed within 30 mins. GREAT service! Thank you!
