Told him I had found a better more loaded vehicle 30 minutes from him for 13k less. Instantly told me they would sell theirs today for sticker at 68k. Dropped 14k off the price in 30 seconds. Bad business practice and price gouging would NEVER buy from this dealership.

Do not let them work on your vehicle. After calling and asking them to fix my father's truck who is now passed,. They said it would not be a problem. Just needed programming. I took there advice and bought 500 in parts and 100 in towing and they want another 160 to tell me they can't program it to get it towed home!! Stay away

First and last time I will go here. Service advisors did not acknowledge I was standing at the desk 2-foot in front of them. The one lady walked off to another customer and the guy I believe his name was Brandon had no one and just walked away also. A simple I will be with you shortly goes a long way but poor customer service is poor customer service.

The best place to buy a in cheraw to buy a car me and my husband stoped my Friday told Ashley Grigs the car I wanted and all the other information and we stayed maybe 30 min then she called me said you ready make a deal. She nor any other her coworkers try to put me in something I didn't want. I told them what wanted I wanted she made sure I got to drive off with it. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 along with her other co-worker's. There amazing very happy with my new car

I ordered a steering shaft for my truck about 2 an half months ago still don't have it. I was told they don't know what happened to it. They Didn't offer to order it again. I will not take any of my vehicles there anymore..

I gave only one star because my experience with this company has been horrible. I bought a pre owned ,low mileage Honda from them. I also purchased an extended warranty. Thank goodness I did. I didn't even get the car home before it tore up. I had to return it the very same day. It stayed in the shop for 3 weeks. They did provide me with a loan car. The only reason they get one star. Being I no longer trusted the car after a few more miner problems with it. I decided to trade it . I was owed a refund on the remaining extended warranty. This is were it gets absolutely horrible. They have given me nothing but the run around. Playing phone tag . Call after call .... Getting absolutely no where. The man even laughed and said after my waiting 7 weeks for nothing. Saying he must have forgotten. I also spoke with the GM. He is just as irresponsible as the other man that was supposed to handle it. It's been 3 mths still no refund. So I have had to get my lawyer involved. Absolutely would not buy or recommend anyone to deal with this company!
