What an AMAZING experience. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this dealership especially Tom. From talking to him on the phone to in person he was super helpful. I live in Florida and Tom went out of his way to work out a deal with me through the phone, talked to me along every step of the way and even had someone pick me up at my hotel 45 minutes away. Talk about some amazing customer service. Tom at no time tried to upsell in any matter or tried to cover up fees like some dealers do. Family Chevrolet in St George was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I am 72 years old and have purchased well over 25 vehicles in my life. Tom Robertson was fantastic and really cared about me and getting me the best vehicle for my needs. I would recommend them anytime and I will most likely go back to them for my next vehicle. Very informative regarding new features on the car. Took plenty of time to explain in detail. Dealership is a little out of the way, but well worth the drive considering price, courteous service, etc. I have personally bought at least 8 cars from this dealership and have never been disappointed in the service or willingness to provide the service I need. It's well worth a little drive out to the country!

My wife’s parents have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past 16 years and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, myself, my wife nor her parents will be purchasing or servicing our vehicles there anymore. My in-laws were taken back by the disgusting tone and demeanor that Jennifer P. spoke to them. Here’s a helpful hint to Family Chevrolet, your employee Jennifer isn’t an asset to you, she’s a negative burden. In a small town word travels fast!
