Shady dealership. Sales manager has anger issues and is a liar; not a man of his word. They will false advertise vehicles and sell you something that states perfect — knowing it has been beat, and will not disclose this information with you. I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere.

Went to buy a used truck. They were extremely unfriendly in dealings on the phone so I drove 3 hours to buy a truck. Mistake 1 on my part. I test drove the vehicle and loved it. Found a nail in the tire asked for money to buy a tire out of the deal 213$. They refused. They said they would plug it and that was all. I did not want to spend 34,000$ on a used truck with a nail in the tire. I decided to go forward with the deal leaving a deposit to return 3 days later. My wife left them a google review stating they cared not at all for their customers and a tire to make a deal is a small price to pay. The following day I received a call from the sales manager notifying me that they will not be selling me the vehicle because of a google review under my name and they would be mailing my deposit back to me. Has now been 3 weeks and I have not seen a cent. Interesting. Do not deal with these people. The salesmen are owned by management and management isn’t interested in integrity. Also overpriced. Go buy a new truck from Wakefield GMC in Spartanburg before you spend a cent with these clowns. Maybe I’ll get my money now because I know they care more about their google reviews than their customers. Update: It has now been 6 weeks, still no return on deposit. Have tried contacting only to be hung up on.

They were called in by my dealership to replace my drive shaft. They did not screw it in properly and my car almost fell apart on the highway WITH MY KIDS. Its costing me 1200 dollars out of pocket because they wont own up to THEIR MISTAKE. I understand "things happen" but there is NO REASON for this big of a mistake.

Shady shady dealership. Do not even waste your time playing their games. Went to purchase a new 2022 2500. Sticker price was $61k. With the $7k “market adjustment” and running boards, it was $71,900. This is the only Chevy dealer in this area that is doing this. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next one.

I took my car to the service department because it went into safe mode and a check engine light came on, service personnel called and stated it needed a few thing to correct the issues. When I picked the car up it ran fine on the way home and I didn’t drive it again for a week, the next time I drove the car it went into safe mode again and I took it back to the Hovart service. I was then told this time it was something different and this repair would be twice as much. I told the service writer it wasn’t repaired the last time are you sure this would fix the car she stated the codes were not the same so something else was wrong she said your car is old (2009) and the first repair was step one now they would go to step two, I asked how many steps are we talking about she again said your car is old and it could take a few. I was not happy with that answer and asked to speak to the service manager, we she called she also stated the car is old (2009) and had a lot if miles on it (113,000) and they are fixing what the service lights tell them to look at. I stated I was not expecting guess work at the dealership I wanted a mechanic to diagnose the issue and repair the car not just change parts until its fixed and she said we could have just change the whole motor but we didn’t. So rude and no service at all, just keep bringing it back until we get it right and we’ll charge you every time is not an option for me. I’ve been trying to think of another industry that will charge you to repair anything and if it’s not fixed they will charge you again for the same thing. They need a sign on the door saying we don’t work on old high mileage cars.

Terrible experience all around. I drove 4 hours to pick up a car that I paid asking price for, and the dealership was in no way accommodating to me as a customer. Days after purchase, I contacted the dealership with an issue only to be told there was nothing they could do. All they care about is putting money in their pockets. Disappointed that I didn’t research more on the poor reviews of the dealership. Be smart and buy elsewhere!

Had a great experience, the staff was eager and willing to help us even when we arrived an hour before closing and it being already dark outside. Dylan Wamsley and “Wild Bill” were awesome!!! They made sure we got the vehicle and features that we needed and made my transition from my former vehicle of 12 years a lot smoother. A++++ employees!! If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend them!!

Although I did the majority of my research & communication online or over the phone, this was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve had. Lexie (Gamble) was very friendly & never made me feel pressured on any decision. Communication was excellent & friendly. Would definitely look to your dealership again in the future.
