Went to Stateline to test drive a particular vehicle, and was greeted by Chad as I walked in. Told him which vehicle I was interested in, and he took the reins. Chad brought the vehicle around for the test drive, and we did a quick inspection. Took the test drive, and my wife and I decided we wanted it. Chad and Robert then negotiated a deal for us in the payment range we were looking for. Then we went to see Herbert to seal the deal. In about 2hrs after arrival, I was headed home in my new ride. Great job from the Stateline team, best experience I've had buying a vehicle at a dealership.

Horrible service! Dont go here! Brought my Wrangler here for a warranty engine replacement ($9,000) you would think they would atleast wash the car off after taking 2 months to put replace, filthy! Add injury to insult damaged the radiator (3in gash) overheated broke down 15 minutes down the road! Replaced the Radiator the next day i would have given them 1 star but they returned it again and didt wash it!

We had no intention in buying a vehicle - we had just come from another upstate dealership, totally disappointed in the lack of customer service at that dealership, and actually were driving by Stateline and decided to literally, whip in and look at inventory. Chris sat down with us and actually listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, and he was determined to help either find us a vehicle that would meet our needs, or assist in ordering one. Chris went above and beyond and was not deterred in helping us - and actually found the very vehicle we needed/wanted, which totally surprised us, so much so, we agreed to buy it on the spot. The team at Stateline all work cohesively, which makes for a far better customer service experience. We cannot say enough good things about the team at Stateline and their efforts to assist their customers in getting the vehicle they desire.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in for service & the entire staff at Stateline were very courteous & professional from start to finish. I was given an estimate over the phone by Amanda the day before so I was not shocked when the final bill was done. The service manager even gave me a 10% discount. But, you have to ask for it upfront, not when you are ready to leave. Would still highly recommend their services! Top notch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Patrick was our salesman and he was GREAT, he was extremely patient, personable and took the time to hear what was important for us. Dealership are normally a drag for me and this place showed us differently, there was a true family treatment even from other salespeople who were not helping us. The GM even took the time to talk to my 7 year old. The finance team was also great and made sure we understood our options. Hands down Best experience we have EVER had. Thank you again!

After a terrible experience with another Jeep dealer here in Charlotte, thank goodness I found these folks. Milan, Julian, and Donovan were top notch from start to finish. I shared my experience with them and they did everything they could to deliver me the opposite. Great customer service, straight-forward, and all around easy to do business with. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, pay these guys a visit first - I can guarantee there won't be a need to go somewhere else.

Excellent service Quick and efficient. First time in a Chrysler dealership where the employees that waited on me did not tell me the only thing that counted on a quality of service review is a 10 . My biggest gripe was the TV in the waiting area was loud and tuned to a biased news channel. The coffee however was great. Check out and payment was also quick and efficient. The price charged for oil change and tire rotation was fair and competitive. I will be back when I can sit outside and avoid your waiting area.

The service department at Stateline went above and beyond to help get my out-of-warranty vehicle covered by Dodge Cares. On another visit, I was thinking of doing a trade in and the saleswoman worked with me all day test driving car after car, and when I finally decided not to do the trade, she was really awesome about it. I recommend this dealership.
