I’m not sure why it has this title. I didn’t see anything inside indicating it was for medical supplies. This is a legit truckstop that has a diner and normal gas station amenities including restroom. The staff is very friendly and very nice. My lunch wasn’t bad. Overnight truck parking available.

Coward Truck stop is one place (possibly THE one place) that you can always count on to be open no matter what the time when you need something! It's one of the few places that kept their original hours during the covid-19 nightmare! Actually Im pretty sure the ONLY time they actually close is Christmas day! Great food too!

Get gas here atleast 4 times a week! Also they have freshly cooked breakfast and lunch buffet inside! Food is delicious! Employees are always smiling and happy when I'm there. You're greated upon arrival as well as departure! GOOD FRESH MADE COFFEE EVERY MORNING ALSO! I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO HASN'T BEEN HERE BEFORE TO STOP BY ONE DAY AS YOU'RE PASSING THROUGH. YOU WONT REGRET IT!
