I was referred to this shop by a friend. The first experience was awesome. They did the job with no problem. I took my SUV back to them, they had it over a month and I was out of town working thinking everything would be done. I specifically advise them to please replace ball joints and my compressor. I have a voicemail stating that the receptionist agreed in her voicemail that the compressor should have been fixed . I use my suv frequently and I have drop it back off for them to fix it that’s an inconvenience. When this should have been done already. I’m not dropping it back off I use this car frequently especially now that school has started this shop is literally down the road from my home. It’s efficient so my expectation weren’t met. I am extremely understanding I ask for the breakdown of the invoice emailed to me and haven’t gotten it yet but I will not be back. Per the conversation as you stated I asked you would there be any fees and you advise me no there would not be as I understand you run a business and my vehicle would be there so I was prepared to pay for the storage fees. If the job was long and hard that I understand but a simple phone call as follows would have been helpful. Hi donya we didn’t get to the compressor but the ball joints and everything else is fixed , but if you you will set a appointment at your convenience will get the compressor fixed for you. Communication would have been nice. I am not complaining about the service you guys fixed my suv the first time with no issues. But a voicemail or phone call would have been great thank you for the response

My family and I have been going to Patrick for 7+ years and we don’t trust anyone else with our vehicles! In our opinion, he is the most reasonable and trustworthy mechanic in the southeast. My friend from Charleston had car troubles and went to 3 different mechanics in Charleston. After being told it would cost 10k to fix the head gasket and a few other issues, I suggested she talk to Patrick. He quoted 2k! Suffice to say, she made the drive to Aiken!

Whatever you do, DO NOT waste your time and money here. I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento Patrick had for sale claiming it was his wife’s car and she just wanted a truck. I needed a SUV with my growing family and thought I was getting a good deal. Less than 2 days later the Sorento left me stranded on the side of the highway, had a mechanic look at the car and turns out the motor is locked up. THE WHOLE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! come to find out a used motor was just put in it. Patrick clearly threw a used motor in it and sold me the car so it wasn’t his problem. Now I have spent all my money on this car from a “mechanic” and it’s locked up and not worth anything unless I pay $4000 to put a new motor in it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Crocked people & very rude!!! Thanks a lot Patrick for screwing me over!!!

Dropped my car off the night before and it was scheduled to be done at 9am. I called all day, left several messages. Finally my mom realized she had his cell number. The car had been finished since noon and no one bothered to call me or respond to my messages. I could have changed my own oil in the morning and not lost work. They cost me $150 job. Never again.

Fast, reliable, and very fair on pricing. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want/need. I will absolutely be returning here with any future auto repair needs. Highly recommend.

Super nice. I was down and in need when my brand new car’s undercarriage was torn. Patrick hopped right on it and had me driving defect free in under 15mins. Very honest guy, didn’t charge us to cut the piece off the car!
