If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My husband and I just moved from Las Vegas and met Lauryn when we went to purchase. We had an issue with synchrony and ended up coming back the next day. We met back up with Lauryn and met her manager, Michelle. We had the same issue with synchrony and they both went through hell and high water to help us figure out the problem. They were BEYOND helpful, patient and professional. By far the best customer service experience I've ever encountered. My husband and I were SO grateful, we bought them lunch as a thank you for being there every step of the way and not just brushing us off because it wasn't their problem. Highly recommend!
