Wonderful place to stop in for a snack when you're on the road. Clean, wide isles, friendly staff who greet you and helpful management.

They have items placed in the wrong spot so if you go to pick up a item listed at one price it rings up another and they do not honor the price is was under. Have to wait in line when it’s 3 cashiers behind the counter

The cashiers have intolerable attitudes. Whenever me and husband stop by Hotspot during the night time one cashier always snatches the money from his hand and she laughs.

Tried to get gas...had to go inside pumps don't take debit but they will take credit...paid for gas inside went all the way back to my van...( I'm handicapped) only to find out the pumps not turned on..so I have to go back again....last stop here.

I was stuck way out in harleyville and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and found a huge selection of snacks and drinks. It was clean and the ladies at the counter were super friendly!

Systems always down, 15 min shift turnover where you can't make any transaction no matter how many employees there. Employees seem annoyed that your even trying to get gas. Sucks!

I love the hot spot rewards its actually cash! So for the items that I buy earn points as well as a discount as the register and the employees are friendly kind and helpful ! Like family

The cashiers seem to have no interest in good customer service, they seem inconvenieced by doing their job, and i am never charged the same price for same items. They do not ask or promote discount card. The store is on a back street, hard to see from main road through town.
