Just ordered from this location through Uber Eats. Mcdonalds made the food at 6pm and I recieved the food at 6:55. Can't get a refund and no one is answering the phone at the mcdonalds. Absolutely worthless. I won't be wasting my money with either of these companies anymore. Good luck too you if you order from here.

We were excited when this location opened in 2018. Every now and then little things would occur and was handled professionally. We were there and the so call Manger had no name tag spoke in a condescending tone, no signs indicating closing early. Refuse to give me owner information told me to Google my complaint or get required information. Tell the owner that we they lost loyal customers. Extremely poor service to sum our visit.

A large Ice Coffee is less than two dollars and delicious. Knocked off a star for only being able to order through machines, which i can't stand. Otherwise friendly and nice staff making and dispensing the orders.

I’m so tired of this McDonald’s location. I’m not one to leave reviews but I swear the employees here cannot read. Every single time I order a burger I always ask for no cheese (lactose intolerant 🙋🏻♀️) I get home and have to scrape cheese off of the burger I paid for someone else to make. This has happened like 8 times. The receipt on top of the box even says no American cheese! I just don’t understand.

McDonald's . Why am I able to place a pickup order for dine in but every establishment I go to has their lobby closed. If this is the case maybe you need to remove that option from the app. It is very frustrating and unnerving that you have that option but we are not able to pick it up so we have to take time to go in the busy drive through just to pick up the order and I cannot change the option to pick it up different. You need to do better for you customers.

I gave 5 stars for my last visit, however, the female manager was quite rude so im dropping my rating. I was polite and waited while 2 people who ordered 15 minutes after me got there food before me. When I asked when mine would be ready and stated two people were served, she shrugged her shoulders, mumbled, and turned her back to me

Food is always good, but today they did perfect. Fries were soggy like how I like them, sprite was so spicy that the battery acid was burning a hole in my throat, and these angles gave me 22 nuggets instead of 20. They done made my day a 1000% out of 100%.

Let me start off with saying, I hate leaving Negative reviews but this was completely uncalled for. If I could rate negative stars I would. I have never been more disappointed in customer service then I have been today. Not to mention, Who I'm assuming was the manager *judging by the white button up shirt* was yelling loudly while the window was wide open where we could hear every word complaining about the amount of food we ordered. We are feeding a family of eight. So, it was 6 sandwiches and 2 ten peice nuggets 2 medium fries and 2 teas. Not that much, needless to say, compared to what it could have been feeding 6 growing kids and 2 adults. However, after the 12 minute wait which we sat calmly and patiently because we are used to waiting when we take the family out to eat. *Let me just say we never said a word about waiting actually, no one spoke a word to us until a lady came to the window asking for our receipt because someone already cleared our order to keep their times down.* But Hearing the man yelling that we can wait cause the food was being made we were expecting our food was being made fresh so I was expecting the wait. 2 of our sandwiches were completely messed up. And only one of them was a special order. The mcrib *with no onion, extra pickle* not that hard. I received a McRib with one single pickle that was grey and looked like it been sitting there forever and we got a double quarter pounder That looked like it had an entire small onion diced up on the sandwich Which made it completely overwhelming and that's all you could taste even after scooping half of the onions off of it. The fries were that dry starchy cold like they had been left sitting and since They had already cleared our order off the screen they had to ask for our receipt because they couldn't remember what our order was. I know teams can have their bad days, but if just one thing could had been right or at least warm considering it's cold in December it wouldn't have been that bad. Well let me take that back our IceTea was warm..... Which was gross considering I asked for **IceTea**.... SMH. Definitely won't be Going Back....

Busy place. Staff was covid ready with all kinds ppe protection. Staff was very nice. The food was cold and my order was wrong ut not worth going g back in. Covid 19 information was posted in the drive thru area.
