Ordered a spinach & feta and someone else must have gotten my order in a mix up. Called and asked for a credit for the pizza rather than wait for another as I ordered 2 and 1 was right. Instead, they wanted a picture of the wrong pizza? I guess folks are hustling Domino's out of pizza's so they require evidence. I mean they already have my info as a loyalty customer. Understood they are probably busy and I thought I was helping them out by asking for the credit. This does not lend to the customer experience. Here you go folks..... no thin crust, spinach or feta here....

placed order online , got to store 20 minutes later, its stil on the make line, also as i was there, i noticed the pizza guy cutting the pizzas coming out the oven on a stack of boxes, no wonder i taiste cardboard dust and again no wonder my pizza is never cut all the way, rethinkin as service has always been prompt polite and great servioce, but today? rethinkin on dominos being the only good resteraunt in the area, thanks dominos,looks like frozen pizza tonight...smh

Ordered a carry out online, when I got to the store, they had mixed up the order, and had delivered it to someone else. Once the delivery driver returned to the store with the pizza, they tried to SELL me the pizza they had just brought back! I just said "no thanks", I'll go somewhere else!

Curbside is not avaliable after 9pm. They don't tell you that till you're waiting an hour outside for you're pizza. Laugh when you walk in and are just out flat disrespectful. They always have an attitude.

Worst and most unorganized dominos I’ve ever experienced. The Carriers dropped customers order and the wait was over 30 mins longer then what the tracker read.

The Lake Wylie location is farther from from my house than the York location, so it goes to show I am willing to go out if my way for good pizza. Their pizzas are always consistent on flavor. Worth the drive.

During this time of not always getting the greatest of service and food, I feel that it's important to speak up when having an experience that leaves you glad you ordered out! The pizzas we got were EXACTLY as ordered, and the sweet girl who made and then delivered them to my car restored my faith in believing that employees can truly care about the customer, as well as being a great representative of the company they work for! Although I cannot speak for other locations, our Lake Wylie, SC, Domino's is fantastic!

Never had an issue ordering from Domino's. We only ordered the Brooklyn style pizza this time and picked it up, but it was done quick and tasted delicious.

We recently just had a death in the family, and because of this no one has been motivated enough to cook food. We decided to order some pizza, and told them to write a joke on the box for us to help cheer us up! Not only did they give us one, but two! We needed a laugh, and the food was great and hot too. Thank you so much dominos 💕

4 orders in a row now that sat for an hour before ever put out for delivery. All 4 showed up cold. One was the complete wrong order all together. One was supposed to be remade but instead two hard stale cold 2.5 hour old pizzas showed up. Then If you call, you can’t get human on the phone so there is no way to resolve your issue. Have multiple cold or incorrect orders from this location at a loss of over $200 to me. Shame on me for continuing to give them chances… learn from my mistake. Save your money and order papa John’s.
