The only negative thing I can say about this place is that I don't like that the handicapped ramp is so far away from the main entrance.

I signed up for Physical Therapy here because I feel at home. Although my gym home is the Y of Clinton I feel I will be comfortable going to therapy here in Laurens.

Family place that is affordable. I have been going to the group exercise classes in the evening. The staff is awesome . The trainers for the classes I attend are the best. The trainers are some of the best I've seen Mary Pat is a great person she's passionate about what she does. Lauren is the sweetest person and she is passionate about fitness as well. They have different styles but the same passion. You get better than the membership price with the staff. Not to mention they have a awesome gym.

Staff is always friendly, and helpful. It was great to get back to my workout plan made just before the shutdown. Upon returning, staff greeted me with a "welcome back, happy to see you."

Great atmosphere! They have an awesome running track! A lot of people love this place. The bathrooms are always clean, so the are obviously awesome! They have a lot of machines: biking machines, rowing machines, treadmills, etc. They also have a clean and well made basketball court. The people who work here are also friendly! Overall, it is a great place, and I highly recommend it to families!

Great gym! Not the biggest gym but the people here are wonderful and great to see early in the morning when you really didnt want to wake up and go to the gym but those people great you with a smile and motivate you to get in and get it done. Have walking/running track and trails and a pool.
