I had an appointment at 3:30 and dropped off my car for an oil change. They did not get the job done until 5:30. This was a simple oil change. I was looking to purchase a new car from this dealership but from the service I received and the attitude from the service department, I will look for a different Dealership to purchase.

Used to be very service oriented. Now just business. Didn't vac out my truck, left grease on the fender where they were working under the hood.service locked my key in my truck and waited for me to contact them so I could give them the keyless code. Good grief. Lost my number and didn't contact me with updates. Even after I contacted them and updated my contact information they neglected to notify me the vehicle was ready for pickup. So sad they have joined the corporate cash cow. For a relatively new dealership I'm very disappointed.

Oil and oil filter change. Rotate tires and and 27 point safety inspection. I made an appointment they took me right in and waited in the waiting room it was fast premises were very clean I will go back again
