I really like the store but dislike the employees holding the door open and smoking 🚬 I don't like the smoke stinking up my hair and clothes nor breathing it in. Two locations that happened and I wish they had a smoking area

Customer service was below average. Went in to get a jumpstart battery charger for jetski , the one that rep showed me was the one I was told would not work well. I explained what I needed and he was combative. I asked could I return if that it was indeed the incorrect one. He proceeded to say. “Why? So you can return after you get your jetski started?” Needless to say I left and went to West Marine

Went in for quick visit, everyone had mask on. The store was as expected for an O'Reilly Auto Parts. The employees where friendly, and helpful.

Super awesome staff! They were closing in 15 minutes on a Sunday and I needed a can of ether for my husband and his new old toy, an '85 Honda 3 wheeler. He had just picked it up earlier that day and he was getting familiar with it but began having issues getting it to crank. I called O'Reilly's and spoke to John. I told him what I needed and where I was coming from. He had the can at the front counter waiting for me! How awesome is that? I was in and out and my husband had the 3 wheeler running and happy as he could be! I highly recommend!
