Went to my dog's checkup and they said they didn't have an appointment for him. Literally showed the receptionist the confirmation email I got and she was incredibly rude saying, "Well I have no idea why you'd get that. There's nothing I can do for you." Had to drive 40 minutes to get there. Awesome waste of gas. Awesome system you have. And an even better receptionist.

You can never get them to answer the phone or call you back left multiple messages before and only way you get an appointment set or prescription for flea tick medicine is to go in person

Very understaffed. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is going. Had to make numerous phone calls no one answers the phone left 6 messages in a week without a call back. Finally did when i called for the 7th time and they had the information regarding my dog all wrong regarding her symptoms. Can only see a doctor when one is available from another location. Since they closed the Nashua location it has been a nightmare to get an appointment in the Manchester location not to mention the travel time from Wilton

I was under a plan for my dog. It does not cover much. After the first year was renewed automatically and I had no idea what the terms were. I asked if neutering my dog was in the plan. I was told no. Only in the first year is included. If you dont use it, you lose it. To me it does not make sense. They asked around 470$ to neuter my dog under a plan. Needles to say I called to cancel and I was told I have to pay $150+ to cancel. I did not know. I have been going with my dog for 2 years and doctor Virginia is great but I think they are charging above reasonable and profit seems priority. Do not get into that plan as it does not help much. Their drug and services prices are high. There are more reasonably priced vets around.

My friend has been taking her animals there for years. The staff seemed very friendly and willing to find the answers to any questions that was asked.

We called the Banfield we usually use, Mercy Animal Hospit, but, they are run extremely poorly. We were told we could not get out pet in for 2 weeks. I called this location, and, after listening to what was going in, even though they had no openings, they agreed he needed to be seen right away. They asked us to drive him down, and we were told, they didn't know when they could examine him, but, they definitely would. About 1.5 hours later, they called and said that he needed emergency surgery. They even set it up for us at the vet that would do the surgery. We picked up our little dude, took him to the emergency vet, and they did surgery right away. What a difference between the two Banfields!!! Even though we do not live close to the Manchester Banfield, that is where we will be going. They even called us next day to see how our pet was doing. They showed true caring and compassion, and diagnosed quickly a condition that would have been fatal. I have nothing but good to say about this hospital

Took my dogs here for a checkup. My male dog has been having problems eating and vomiting. They told me I could pay about $1,500 to get X-rays and stuff to maybe find out what's wrong but if that didn't work I would have to pay a few thousand to do exploratory work and see what's wrong with a camera and scope down the throat.. then I was told whichever choice I picked neither one were guaranteed to figure out what was wrong so basically be throwing away money to maybe find out what's wrong with my baby. I was advised against doing either and was told by the vet to just change his food to bigger food and to get a slow feeding dish. Both of which I did and well he does not puke as much anymore he still has an issue. They were very friendly but a little on the pricey side for me.

I have been going to this location for about 10 years. The vet turnover is remarkable, if I reviewed all the records I would probably have 20 different vets in that time. The last year has been the worst. You rarely reach someone over the phone. When you do leave a message it is rarely returned. When you go on regardless of lines you always have to wait. I left 3 messages and eventually just had to go in. The person at the desk told me they didn't bother listening to the messages. I was also told, as usual, a vet had left and they are back down to one vet. I called to cancel my plans and the rep was astonished they didn't recommend I visit another location. Just very poor service. If you just need vaccines it is ok but when you need actual help just go somewhere else.

Honestly, one of the most poorly managed clinics I've ever seen. Living in Manchester, this is my emergency Banfield, otherwise I drive to Nashua. I had to have a prescription for one of my dogs filled nearby and it took me talking to three different people throughout the day for it to be done. The first two people said they would get it done, but lo and behold, hours later, it was still not completed. When you try to book online, they are "booked out" with five doctors indefinitely, only one has time three months from now. But when you look at their schedule in person, it's virtually empty. The front desk staff is never actually out front. You have to wait 10+ minutes for someone to decide to check on the front desk. Phones go completely unanswered regularly. Can't say anything for the competence of medical care as we are never able to receive it due to the incompetence of everything else involved with this clinic. Worth the money and time to just go somewhere else.

Dr. Seng and the whole team are fantastic. They love my dogs and my dogs know that. Customer service is great, the quality of the medical service is great, and they don't try to get your money by doing unnecessary test. Since we started coming here a month ago, everytime I open the door of my car my dogs jump in and I have a difficult time getting them out. 😊
