Sooo much better than the CVS and Walgreens in Clearwater. I drive the extra 5 mins because it's worth it. Customer service is out of this world! Miss Tammy is the best!

Where do I start? Lady at the counter was RUDE! After the card machine didn’t work for the fiftieth time, and the card was pushed in, she mumbled under her breath, “don’t break the machine” They couldn’t find my medication as well. Also, mask are required in this place, but the lady behind the counter pulls hers down every six seconds. I think management needs to train the staff in professionalism. That is obviously very lacking in this place. Not to mention how slow they are. If I could give zero stars, I would. VERY RUDE!!!

Sometimes hard to get a hold the pharmacist,takes a long time to get doctors to refill meds. Also not a very friendly; place, they would answer any my questions about my med,telling me they had no time and then the lady went in the back and used her phone

Publix Pharmacy has taken care of my prescriptions for several years now and have always provided timely and great service. Some of their meds are even free of charge.

Rude, nasty and very unprofessional. Most of the workers are very inconsiderate. Way too many pharmacy choices to get stuck w/ a rude one.

This pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in the area if not the CSRA. I have been to CVS, Walgreens and others in North Augusta. I never wait more than a minute or two for my pickups. In the many years I have been with them, only once or twice I’ve waited a longer than normal time and usually that was when new / backup staff were leading the team. Very customer-oriented and pleasant and they help you find the best value options. Whoever posted about a long line - that is VERY RARE.

My son had a prescription ready for 2 days this place didn't even call me and let me know. It was ear drops for swimmers ear and that is painful he could have been almost well by the time I found out this was ready.

This is hands down THE best pharmacy in the entire CSRA. They are always promt, and don't give me the run around all the other pharmacys do.
