The deli is awesome. The sandwich’s made to order are the best. They have their own full bakery in store do bread for sandwiches is better then any restaurant ordered. Also the is a drink fountain available and clean accessible restrooms good for all ages n disabled

Publix was my fav grocery! I’ve noticed for sev months now alot of familiar faces are gone and new faces have come and keep coming! I don’t think the talk I’m hearing is false either! I’ve heard long time employees are being told they can work at another store or leave? Why? Customer service was exc for me and most employees were nice and helpful! I’m seeing that slipping! I don’t have a fav grocery now!

The new staff in the bakery didn't know much. And when I asked other staff no one knew or were helping. The staff member Tess at customer service desk was a little rude when I asked about the bakery.

It's Publix. Always clean and very neat. Prices consistently higher than other grocers. The main thing that I went for was not in stock. Of two other sale items one did not ring up for the sale price. After a little checkinga cashier supervisor gave me the proper discount. The fresh meat person was very nice and helpful. I found out that he had been a temporary employee for the last year and just today find today that he was made a regular employee.

Service was great as always yet the young woman preparing my sandwich cut my hoagie all the way through so that the meat fell out while trying to eat it. I had to eat it finger food style which was a little disappointing. That's why the 4 stars.

Thank you! Thank you! For being such a blessing to a grieving family. Ordered 200 pieces of chicken for a family who lost a loved one and they had it ready, early! Wow! Parking was accessible and open. Place was not too busy. They have self checkout for convenience. We used the cafe and the chicken was good. The best kept secret. The place was easy to get in, plus clean and non obtrusive. Thanks again for your help.

I like shopping at Publix but not bc they have great prices. They do tend to be more expensive, so I try to take advantage of all sales and savings opportunities. The store is clean, the registers always have cashier's working almost every checkout register , during the busiest times. They offer a better selection and carry some products that you can only find at a Publix. I do wish they had a drive thru pharmacy window And the North Augusta parking is not customer friendly. It's bc of the design of that shopping center.. certain times the shopping traffic is so heavy it's impossible to get a reasonable space. It is frustrating. Not sure who was in charge of that department but the parking there stinks.

Everything you'd expect. Clean and neat, with helpful staff. Prices are about average, maybe a tad above, but quality does cost a little more, not enough to complain about though.

I pre-ordered my son's birthday on Wednesday afternoon. The cake was supposed to be ready by 12:00 Friday afternoon. Unfortunately bad weather caused the party to be pushed back to Saturday. I arrive Saturday morning at 11am. After waiting for the workers to look for my cake, the manager tells me my order was canceled Wednesday at 4:30. "By who!" is what I asked and was given no answer. Publix canceled my order. I had to want for them to cook the cake and my 8yr old son and his friends where not happy about the cake being late. We had to enjoy the cake AFTER party guys went home. Very unsatisfied with this service.
