I have always used Oreillys for my cars. Came into store today to have my battery tested. Said I needed a new one. The battery I have now came from this store in 5/2020, battery still has stickers on it. For some reason it was not listed on my account as a purchase. They said it could have been sold to me as a cash sale. Told me That battery has a 3 yr warranty but they can’t honor it because it’s not on my account. Asked them if there was anyway around this since they know it’s one of their batteries and still has the date sold stickers on it. Mind you they have everything else I have bought from them back to 2015, even a single wrench. Ethan said he can’t honor it because “how do I know you bought it?”. I asked him if he’s implying I stole it. He said “no but maybe you bought from a person”. So he basically called me a liar. He was very rude and I will not be using this store anymore.

I went to this store , wanted to buy a battery was 179.00 plus tax , the young man who took care of after deciding to buy , i ask if they install the battery. His response was not me , i was shocked, i have use this company and always have installed my batteries , this young man needs customer service academy , also i call before , to make sure they had the battery we wanted , who ever answer the phone also hang up on me, i should have knowing not to go ever to that store.,auto zone got my business and Rick who installed my battery , very professional young man, from now on auto zone is my go store. You guys lost 200 dollares in business, i wonder how many more you lostin that store.
