The sales associate who helped him was Evan McKinney my husband was very impressed with him. My husband ordered a new one plus Evan was able to fix the old one so now we have an extra one in case we lose one. Thank you Evan for helping us!

I had batteries installed in a couple of watches. They did the installation quickly and set the date and time for $13 which was a good price. I will go back there for my battery needs

I brought my cell phone in with a broken screen. They told me they could not repair the front glass without also replacing the back glass. I paid around $450 to have the parts ordered. This was September 6th, 2022. I was told the parts would be in "in a few days" A few days later, I was told all parts get ordered on Monday, and my two parts would be in that Thursday or Friday.= The wrong parts were ordered TWICE. The front and back glass on my phone are not the same parts I dropped off the phone with. Instead of one week, this entire ordeal didn't conclude until the 24th of September. After ordering incorrect parts more than once which greatly delayed the process, and after fixing my phone with TWO parts that were NOT the correct color, they opted to refund me less than $100 of my nearly $450 bill. I'm reporting them to the BBB now and requesting a refund through there. I would not spend my money with these people. They are rude, unorganized, and unprofessional.

Went in there to buy a battery for my motorcycle The guy was taking Care of another Customer But I felt like I was being Ignored I think he should have told me I'll be with you in a minute sir he turned around and walked in the back I was there about 10 minutes Got tired Of being ignored. Went to walmart and got a battery.if I could have gave no stars I would have....

Certainly has plenty of batteries of every type. However, idk what to make of this place. I bought a charger cable for my tablet and it wouldn't fit, so I returned it. During my return visit, I seen a Battery Daddy for sale on the counter, for $159. I thought it was interesting but not quite worth all that just for battery storage. So I looked online and found plenty of Battery Daddys for less than $50.

All three dudes working were extremely nice and helpful. Made an appointment to get an iphone battery replaced. It took 15 minutes and has worked woth no issue. As i waited I looked around they have about every light and battery you can think of. I'll be back if i have an need for there products.
