Guess it was too hot to wait on me. One guy said he’d be right back. Nope. Not very helpful when I did get someone. Informed me the flower I wanted to replace had been mis-tagged. It was their flowe!. I’m done.

Lovely people. Some of the latest and most popular varieties of plants. Really good prices. The Hispanic guys are very nice and even with some language barriers will bend over backwards to help you or get someone that can. If you're looking for some good plants for your yard or for a client, check them out!

Always great prices, lots of selection, great and knowledgeable help from staff who go above and beyond! And I recently took back a couple of plants that croaked after the late winter 19° cold snap, along with my required receipt, and no hassle return for new ones!!

Just bought a beautiful Christmas tree on Thanksgiving afternoon. Got it home and in water. Noticed that a hole had already been drilled in the base of the trunk. Now that this tree is in a stand indoors the needles are falling off like it was cut a month ago. $108 bucks for this fire hazard. Will take it back and demand a refund! Don't buy a tree here!

Large selections available. We were greeted and offered assistance immediately. Very helpful gentlemen and very patient. Walked us through the areas and discussed the different shrubs and plants, as well as landscaping tips. Very nice, patient, and informative. We will definitely return here to get our plants. Highly recommend.

Huge selection of plants, shrubs, and trees - all at a reasonable price. Everyone there is friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful! Charlie has the patience of a Saint. I had no idea what to plant and he stuck with me for probably close to 2 hours, answering and re-answering questions and making suggestions. He'd disappear occasionally for a few minutes to help other customers but always came back to me (unlike another nursery I won't name). I ended up leaving with almost $300 in plants and went back the next day for more! Btw, if you get too many, or change your mind, you can return them within 24 hours and get your money back. Over 24 hours and they'll give you a store credit. They also give you a 1 year warranty. Please note: if you're looking for house plants, pots, and/or cute garden ornaments, there are other places more suitable. TB is all about what you need for serious outdoor landscaping. I'll definitely go back!

This place is great unless you need to use their one year warranty. We built a house last August and spent well over $1,000 at this nursery. While they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, 4 of my shrubs died from disease, I am assuming. I called today to see if I could return them and get 4 new ones. He informed me I couldn’t because I don’t have a yellow sheet of paper from my original purchase LAST AUGUST. I even offered a credit card receipt and he said no. I tried to shop small, but lesson learned. Next time I’ll use a big box where they won’t question my honesty and I can return my dead plants. You’d think after spending that much money, Rob would’ve been a little gracious. Guess I thought wrong.

A great place to fit your needs in plants, trees and shrubbery. Get your mushroom compost as well and mulch in many varieties. We have bought our ornamental trees and yellow maple tree from them. Very knowledgeable nursery. They stand behind their products, which is comforting. Check them out, great knowledge there. Really nice people.

I have used Twin Bridge for years. I am a licensed, and highly experienced landscaper. I've been planting trees and shrubs for more than 20 years. Long ago, when I started using Twin Bridge, the quality of the plants was pretty good. Their staff was friendly and the owner would often be there to talk with as well. Over time however, the quality of the plants has gone downhill considerably. I have had to treat many plants with pesticide or fungicide after getting them planted and realizing they were in bad shape. Most recently, I purchased several plants that didn't do so well. For the first time in 20 years, I decided I needed to return these plants and exchange them for some that might fair better in the location planted. I was met with rudeness by the lady who seems to be in charge now. She basically told me it was my fault that the plants died, and they would not be willing to exchange any other plant for me in the future. I have to say, this was a pretty big slap in the face for someone with that kind of loyalty. I have decided I will no longer be buying plants from them in the future. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they used to be pretty good. I am hoping they will recognize the problems and get back to the business they used to be.
