Terrible customer service. The employees danced around questions with," I don't know" as their response. Zero care for the customer. Zero attempt at a solution. 10/10 would avoid this terrible business. Employees also lied directly to my face about receiving a call, in regards to their system working. These people need to be fired or retrained.

Terrible customer service. I have been in two different T-Mobile stores in different cities. Just trying to get my issue with the upcoming 3G network shut down. I literally just want to buy a new phone. I stood at both place for a minimum of 15 minutes each time only to give up and walk out. One store they actually did acknowledge my entry to the store. But that was the last communication I received. All the employees one by one disappeared into the back room.

Spent 4 hours trying to get a cheap flip phone to work. Was mother inlaws walmart phone and she has alzheimers and any change is not good. They tried everything but phone was old 3g. They got me a new one very close to the old one. Kayle was great.

Went in to change out a (Sprint) SIM card per recent email from T-Mobile. Diane & Alyssa were super helpful, especially with removing and putting back together the protective case on my phone. Three fast & efficient & cordial staff earns 5 stars from me.
