Midas tried to charge me over $700 to replace spark plugs and a gasket, this shop did it for just under $300 (obviously that price depends on vehicle make, model, etc.). And this isn't the first time that they've come in cheaper than another shop for me. They are honest, reasonably quick and don't take advantage of folks that don't know one gasket from another. In fact, he took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me multiple options for short- and long-term maintenance. Also, I showed up an hour after close to drop off my car and keys (they have a drop box), but he was still there and even though I offered to let him go home, he insisted on taking all my info, discussing the problem and giving me an estimate (Way above amd beyond! Especially as I try to respect office hours and people's off-time). I've always been impressed with their service and they are the only place I'll take my car anymore. Definitely recommend!

Duke's is the only place that I fully trust to do a proper job on my vehicles. They will install parts that I buy from a different vendor without charging an extra fee, just pay for the work being done... Also, if they do not work a full hour, they usually do not charge for the full hour. Best price in town for a full synthetic oil change. The mechanics are trustworthy. I can leave my wallet with any amount of money in it on my front seat and not worry that anything will be missing when I get it back.

I started using Duke's just recently, but had the need to use them more often. They are friendly, quick to my car and only charge me for the things that need to be done. I have even offered to have more work done on the vehicles that I have brought in and to my surprise, was told it was not necessary. Honesty and committed are the two words that I would use to briefly describe this business that is traditionally known for being quite the opposite. I will not use any other place.

My family has been using Duke's Convenient Auto for 10+ years. They are an amazing hidden gem for a mechanic's shop (something not too common nowadays). I can leave my vehicle and trust that they will work on what I asked and call me if anything arises before acting on it. They even looked at an import I had, not their advertised specialty, to see if they could figure out why it was being put into "limp" mode. They were unable to diagnose it but did not charge me for looking at it. Lee is a very honest and trustworthy business owner and you can tell their mechanics, Kenny and Justin, love what they do. I will continue to take my vehicles here as long as I can and recommend them to anyone I know. They pinch pennies where able and get the job done for as little as possible while maintaining the highest quality.
